Stopped here on our vacation. Had several workers ask if we needed help. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots to choose from.

Turners has such an extensive selection of all plants and trees.They have edibles, exotics, and your everyday tree, shrub, and houseplant.The staff is super helpful. They seek you out, to make sure you find what you are looking for, and answer any questions.The prices are a little steep, but the staff and quality are amazing.

Loved this place. They had a big variety of house plants and out door plants. They have reasonable prices. I recommend this place to all plant lovers.

I'm a beginner to gardening outdoors so I wasn't super familiar with all the products I'd need for the plants I was picking up and where I'd find them and what they looked like. But Turners staff was incredibly helpful, showing me where I'd find the plants I was looking for, talking to me about the size of my project, I even had a staff member go out of his way to make sure I wasn't buying more than what I needed for the job I was trying to accomplish! Turners has a very friendly and inviting atmosphere and staff seems truly informed, I highly recommend!

I just love this place. They have everything you need in life lol!!! Staffs are always welcome and friendly.

The lady who helped me was a little rude. She was a know-it-all, but didn't know what a king palm was. She was insistent that anything like that wont do well in Corpus Christi. FYI they're all over the island and are doing well. Then she told me "we're closed".

They have a wonderful array of exotic houseplants and veggie/fruit transplants available for spring. Also had a wide variety of garden bed flowers. Only got a pretty big Elephant Ear 'Mojito' p.p. (Colocasia esculenta hybrid) for $30 and a small rubber tree for $5. Pretty decent prices on a lot of things. Be mindful if you're unsure about a price, look it up to see if you're getting a good deal but I feel everything was fair.

Awesome selection and helpful staff! There's always good deals on everything from plants to pots n soil.

Decent selection of plants. Staff is hit/miss. Guy who helped us was knowledgeable and helpful but very distracted as he was in demand. Management is the PROBLEM. Disinterested in customer service, unashamedly moody and unfriendly. The woman had a sour expression and kept on about a plant miss priced by 5 Pennie's! Poor cashier was so rattled by the woman staring at her she overcharged me by more than $200! My bill wound up to be almost $800 and there was no "thank you for business" attitude in sight!! I will never set foot in here again. Why I didn't go to Gills in the 1st place is beyond me!!! Go there instead!!

I wasn't impressed with the selection or the staff (who seemed to ignore us). It pales in comparison to the Home Depot's or Lowe's selection and prices. I genuinely wanted to post a better review of a local shop and show some support...but I have to tell the truth and describe what I experienced.
