dont purchase their upcharged items based on their so called excellent experience that you will receive from the parts and maintenance department, because you wont. As for any kind of customer service, this is non existent here. they will be buddy buddy with you especially on the high ticket items, but when things go wrong with the item thats where it ends. if you questions them on anything you'll get the good ol' it is what it is and or go else where next time if you dont like it. just speaking on behalf of my own experience with them.

The service department at the Corpus Christi location is terrible. The employees were rude and did not fix my mower properly. They were very expensive and when I returned to have it fixed properly the store manager said I had probably not mentioned that gas was leaking so they only tuned it up. I finally got it fixed only because I had the copy of the receipt as proof of what I had asked to get fixed. I refused to pay the extra they wanted to charge. What a terrible experience!

This for Turf & Irrigation on Airline RD in Corpus. I do not recommend taking anything in for repair there. I bought a pole saw there and a few years later took it in for repair. They took it apart then said they could not fix it. It was working when I took it in just needed a new oiler. It did not work when I picked it up. Worst company in town as far I am concerned.

I called some time ago about a problem with a riding law mower. The owner or salesman commented on the riding lawn mower I purchased from Home Depot and referred to it as 'Junk' That was rude and unprofessional. Do not shop at this business, go elsewhere.

I've been here several times because I hunt and fish just outside of Corpus Christi and this is a great place. I've had all my equipment serviced here and also get all my feeders and parts from Turf. Actually delivered some equipment to me that I had repaired when I left my trailer in Houston. I drive right by Loews to get here.

DANGER! My problem occurred when I had to leave them to finish while I went to work. I was charged over $150 for them to look for a valve that they did not find. In addition, one of the sprinkler heads they had replaced was not properly put on and so when I got home I had a geyser in my front yard. I was charged over $500 for them to fix one valve and a few sprinkler heads. WARNING do NOT deal with them if you can not be home the entire time. They are very nice and professional workers that showed up on time so if you can be at home the whole time, I think you should be ok.

Just got bent over by the service center. I took a chainsaw in to have the fuel lines replaced. Put on work order chainsaw runs till fuel gets low and line dosent pick it up cause the filter has rotted off the line. That's what I wrote on the service tag, they took it in and charged 70.00 to my credit card. Two weeks later I get a call, thought they were done I show up to pick it up and they have not done anything to it. They want more than the 70 bucks and maybe more on top of that if it needed a new carb. said that I didnt buy it there so they would work on anything that came in that was bought there first. Well they sure charged my card like it was bought there, that dosent matter though they charged me ,work on it.! Parts were only ten bucks. job should have costed about 40.00 maybe 50 bucks. So I said forget it give it back and they charged me 35.00 to do nothing. Said they looked at it and the fuel lines needed replacing, HELLO Never will I pass through those door again and will not have anything good to say about that place if asked.
