This is what I thought I paid for and should have got!!!! Didn't happen.....

I should have read the reviews on this site be fore I tried to order from this poor excuse for a florist. I was on the line with someone three days before Mother's Day and tried to order some flowers from this business. Mind you I was going to order the premium version of whatever I ordered since it was for my mother who is 90 years old. When I selected an arrangement, I was told hey were out of some of the flowers that made up the arrangement and they were rapidly running out of flowers because off Mother's Day due to supply chain issues. They offered to substitute other flowers which was fine, but I wanted to be sure they had the red roses that were in the photo. I was told they weren't sure they could promise the roses so I resorted to a ordering a plant, but the website indicated I had to inquire about the price of the plants, so I asked. The florist representative put me on hold and other women can on and asked how she could help. I explained that I wanted to order a flower arraignment but was told they were running out of flowers. She became obviously offended that I said that. I told her that's what I was told by the other representative but she still copped an attitude because I had repeated that information to her and told her that I had already resolved to ordering a plant. I then told her she came late into the conversion and that all wanted to do was order a plant at this point in the conversation. I told her all I wanted to do was order a plant and she shouldn't make it so difficult. I was prepared to spend up to $200 for an arrangement. She rudely interrupted me and told me I'd have to order from someone else and hung up on me. So much for customer service. I took her advice and ordered from another florist that didn't seem to have problems with their flower inventory. I paid $250 for an arrangement and was very pleased that I ordered from the competitor florist particularly since I've now read the yelp reviews about the poor quality of flowers and customer service from this business. Thank you, Tubbs of Flowers, for telling me to go somewhere else to purchase my flowers. I did so and boy am I glad that I did. I would stay away from this business in the future and highly recommend anyone thinking about considering this florist to read the reviews before ordering from this business.

Love this flower shop. Seriously? Who would not?. Fresh flowers. GREAT service. Friendly staff. I have been coming here for 50+ years. Love this place!!!! I have never had a problem. Everyone is always so nice. I was in the doghouse one time with my wife and the lady helped me out so much. I didn't know what to say or what to send. She took care of me and we're still married. I would recommend this flower shop a thousand times over.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FLORIST!!! I wish I could choose ZERO STARS !!!I ordered a $115.00 Sunflower Symphony arrangement online from this place for my daughter and she received some junky looking Wal-Mart arrangement. I called to complain and I was assured the correct arrangement would be delivered. That sounded like a great solution to me. Then the next day they actually went to my daughters place of business and TOOK the junky flowers back & did NOT bring the correct arrangement. They thoroughly embarrassed my daughter at her place of business. When I called to complain they actually laughed at me and hung up! I've had to dispute the charge to get money back. Fair warning---DO NOT order flowers from here because if anything goes wrong THIS is what you are in for!!!I have attached the photo of what I ordered online and what they sent my daughter. I have ordered flowers regularly, 4-5 times a month, all my adult life and have NEVER had this happen. Many times substitutions are made which is completely understandable but the florists ALWAYS calls to let me know and describe what they are using instead. I never heard from this place. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of concern for customer service !!! Buyer Beware!

My husband sent these...got them at lunchtime...I could tell they were not fresh...started wilting the next morning. I'm so tired of flower places taking advantage of people. I'm sure he paid at least $300! The least they can do is last a couple of days. Shame on you!

Don't waste your money here. Flowers sent for Mother's Day one week early arrived already browned and wilted and didn't survive the week. None of the buds ever opened, either :-(

I walked in on a Saturday needing some flowers and lots of greenery. They were all so sweet, and so helpful! I'm so glad that the first florist I walked into didn't bother to help, me because when I walked into Tubbs they treated me so dearly! I recommend them over anyone in that area, hands down! Oh and of course, their greenery and flowers were just perfect. Thank you!!!

I ordered an arrangement over the Internet for mother's day. They delivered it while I was at her home yesterday. Just wow. I paid for a premium arrangement ($86) and what they delivered wouldn't even be considered the regular order. There were barely any flowers in the basket. The flowers it did contain were quite cheap. I called them immediately and spoke with the manager. According to her, the basket she made was exactly like the one I ordered over the net. I should have taken pics of it before it was picked up. The new one they brought was still not full of flowers and nothing like the picture. It looked like a child had put it together. So moral of the story, don't use this shop. Especially if you can't see what you're getting. Had I not been in town, I wouldn't have known what they delivered. I'm sticking with the Blossom Shop from now on. At least they don't have 5 year old doing their arrangements and you get what you pay for. Very disappointing mother's day.
