*******Be very careful ****Caution****Worst place ever. Would definitely not do business with these people. Crooks! Went to purchase bushings for my jeep. Ordered the wrong color and gave me the wrong bushings when I went to pick them up. After spending $100 I decided to research the parts I'd boughten from them. Same parts were online for $37 and that includes shipping. I then decided I didn't want the parts anymore and tried to return them all. Was furious after all I could get back was $34 out of the $100 I spent. She tried to cut me a check for the $34. I said don't bother and left the check there and threw the non returnable parts at their front door. Be very careful before you decide on going with these people. They will take you for a ride for your money.

CAUTION!!!! These people do not know what the H--L they are doing... Way overpriced as well... Went in for a brake job.... $467.00 for a premium pad and turning the rotors.... Went to get my truck, first thing was a scratch I noticed on my plastic bumper, Then they proceeded to tell me that two wheel studs were stripped and they broke off... I asked why they didn't fix them. Tells me they do not do that there... I said you are a performance truck shop that sales wheels and you can't change wheel studs? SERIOUSLY?????? SO I leave and a month later now I have the worst vibration ever from a warped rotor and a squeal when I am backing to the left coming from the right rear hub... The work was so unprofessional and crappy that I will not take my baby back there and let them touch her.... I have a nice truck and will fix the problem myself when I get the time, or find a better shop.... DO NOT TAKE YOUR YOUR VEHICLE THERE, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!

They quoted me $319.00 for installing a hitch on my Dodge 1500. It took them 4days before it was done and when I went to pick it up it was $507.00. They never called to tell it would be more and the Manager was very rude. After arguing with her she took $38.00 off the bill for a bracket they broke! That is still $150.00 more than they quoted. She refused to give me copies of the paperwork that itemized the bill. Will NEVER do business with them again!

I had the running boards replaced on my new 2019 truck here and had no problems. I was completely satisfied. Then on June 1, 2019 I went in to have a bed cover and a hitch receiver put in. I filled up my tank the day before since i live in Alice. So far the hitch receiver is fine. BUT On June 6, 2019 I needed to fuel up. I put the nozzle in and started fueling. I walked to the cab of the truck to put away my card. I heard something like rushing water and looked down at the same time. I smelled gas. There was a huge puddle of gasoline forming at my feet. I found out later after having the truck towed to the dealership that there was a hole in the fuel filler hose. Right underneath the hole that was drilled for the drain hose for the bed cover. I had the service department replace it and then called Truckers World and informed them that they inadvertently drilled through the fuel filler hose. When I told them that I had it replaced at the dealership i was informed that they would not pay if a third party was involved. And that "IF" they actually did do it they would repair it. And since i had already had it repaired they couldn't do anything about it. This was from the office staff. The manager nor the owner ever contacted me. I finally got hold of the manager 7 days after i first contacted them about it. He, Ram, proceeded to tell me the same thing. He spoke for about 20 minutes before i cut in. There is a disclaimer on the back of their contracts that says that they will fix whatever damage they do. But i should have taken it to them when i had it towed. How was i supposed to know that they were so careless that they drilled a hole in that hose? I thought that it was a manufacturing defect. So i took it to those i thought were responsible. The dealership. I told him all this and he said that all they would be willing to do was pay for the part which was a "very reasonable price." He went so far as to try to blame the service department. And that if i had taken it to them they would not be trying to blame anyone else. I thought at that time that i had no other option, so i agreed. But then i contacted my insurance and was told that they would reimburse me so i told truckers world to keep their money. To this day they have not accepted responsibility.
