We had 1 of 2 units stop working, and were delighted to learn that, because we were not in a hurry, AAA was willing to schedule a repair at a time that was most efficient. This implies that they work to prioritize emergencies so that all customers can get service in a way that the techs are not stressed. Our tech was delayed for his morning appointment, and we were called immediately to reschedule, still on the same day. The tech was able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes and show us the part needed to get it all working again. In addition, he recommended putting new tie-downs on the outside compressors to adhere to windstorm regulations. He had one set of tie-downs, but not both, so another appointment was arranged for the second set.I was unfamiliar with the pricing scheme that AAA used (parts are priced to include labor), and was unhappy with that, so AAA was able to explain in writing how they arrived at their numbers, and to give me a new invoice more in accordance with what this yankee girl is used to (the prices are reasonable considering the expertise of the techs).All in all, I would recommend AAA not only for emergencies, but for preventative work. I intend to get a quote from them when we need to replace our aging units.

Great price for all the hard work they had to do in our attic! Our AC was leaking and he went and fixed the drainage and cleaned the ac. The difference it's making our house cooler is amazing. Gentleman that did the work was polite and I felt he was very honest about what work needed to be done.

I came home at 11:30 pm to find out my A/C outI called AAA in the morning the guy answered my call was polite and very honest. He sent me two professional guys in less than one hourThey came on time,checked out the unit and found the problem, they went to get the part and came back in about 30 minutes The guy name Eric Tamez knows what was doing He installed the part so fast and by 11 am my A/CStarted working perfectly The only thing wasn't as I expected the labor cost was a bit high but I since they did the job perfect and they were so honest,polite and on time I was happy after allThank you ERIC thanks to AAA

Wonderful job installing new ac units for us. The 10 year parts and labor warranty is the best I've seen! We spent several thousands on parts and labor over the last six years so I can definitely see where the savings will be for that warranty.

After we bought the house, I had Triple A replace the very old upstairs area unit with a new unit. We have had many problems with this unit over the next three years. Eventually the blower failed and at that point I called a different company to deal with it . They saw immediately that the existing ductwork was sized for no more than a 2 ton unit but the new unit Triple A installed was a 3 ton unit. Based on our experience, I would caution anyone considering them for an a/c installation.

Don't use these people they are not honest! I bought a inside and outside unit from them and right when we hit the one year mark it started freezing up and according to them it's because the return isn't big enough after multiple people from their company had to come out for them to actually figure out what was wrong! Well they are the ones that installed the unit so you would think at that point they would of realized the return needed to be bigger! Their customer service is terrible keep getting texts from Natalie that they are coming today but yet no one has showed up they make appointments and don't follow through! Also they talked me into getting these sensors that are supposed to tell us on a app when there was a problem well I was in the house yesterday when it froze up again and the app never registered anything so that was more money wasted on these people! This company was bought by a different person within the last couple years! Also if you put your experiences with them on their facebook page and it isn't a good experience they block you so no one can read it! Update they finally showed up and now the unit is leaking!

The staff from AAA prompt in getting back with me after my email query sent after hours and setting up an appointment. The staff showed up on time and were very courteous and respectful. Working the course of their normal inspection they found my Freon leak, a leak that the prior service company refused to look for because they said the unit was too old might as was pushing me to get a quote for a new system. AAA staff found the leak, took video of it and made sure and gave me severalOptions from repair to replacement. My unit is 14 years old and uses the soon to be discontinued R-22 so I decided to go with a new system, because they seem trustworthy and were not prone to the additional exaggerations prior service folks made (yes things will get rusty). I gave them a picture of my financial situation and they definitely worked with getting the right equipment at the right price.
