Not much to say. Tractor supply's are all over the country. They are only as good as the people who work there. Unfortunately, the Aranza, Pass store could use some help.

Twice now that I've tried to get propane, they absolutely refuse to sell it. Going to aransas propane from now on. Will never set foot in this store again.

Their policies for filling propane are pretty nazi. Their all uptight and try and hold your tank hostage instead of letting you throw it on the rig until you go pay and bring out a receipt (something they have no legal authority to do). When I mentioned that customers should not be treated like criminals I was given hostility and then asked to talk to management. They in turn said they would pass on the concern they really just made excuses and were passive aggressive. Both me and the other customer there at the time were pretty unhappy with how we were treated. Their can be balanced loss prevention policy without going overboard and then being grumpy when the customers are unhappy about your stupid policy. Customer service is not rocket science. On the upside they have good prices on propane. They just need to learn how to handle customer relationships.

I bought a power washer for the Black Friday sale. When I bought it the week before I asked if I could get the Black Friday price. The employee said I could as long as I returned on the day of the sale. When I returned the manager Michelle absolutely refused. The fact that her employee said another thing did not matter. Absolutely would not recommend TSC. The lied and did not care when I pointed it out to them. The customer satisfaction guaranteed is a complete makeup. Lucky I was snake to return it because I had not used it or taken it out of the box due to rain.

Filled propane tank on my campervan yesterday. She opened the vent and couldn't close it therefore my van smells horrible

Great place to refill your propane tanks. you will have to go inside and let them know you're waiting for them out of the tank.

This store was open on a holiday and we all know nothing goes wrong until the store is closed. Very courteous staff - directed us right where we needed to go - thank you for being open on a holiday when we needed you most!
