I looked around online a lot before deciding to ask Tracey to help us with a search for a condo in Port Aransas. Tracey looked like a good bet, and she was even better than I'd hoped. She knew the the area, the local builders, the questions to ask, the local plans that might might some properties more desirable than others in the long run...and on and on. She was always on top of all the quick back and forth that goes with searching for a property in a fast market. She made everything as easy as possible. Plus, she's fun. I'd work with her again in a minute.

Expecting to move to Corpus Christi area shortly and with the better of the reviews on Yelp I decided to check out Tracey. I filled out the email giving information on what I am looking for. What did I get back besides 2 canned response emails that were likely just auto-generated spam from her website. Don't bother with Tracey and find someone that actually answers the emails with things other than a canned response.

I contacted Tracey when we were considering making a move to "The Island" or Corpus Christi. I am a realtor in California so I did A LOT of research and she seemed like a fit for us. On our first phone conversation I told her we were mostly fact finding and we may not pull the trigger right away. She said she was okay with that and WOW! She was Great!! Without reservation I would wholeheartedly recommend her! For two days she showed us houses and condos. She was enthusiastic, energetic and knowledgeable. She follows up and does what she says she is going to do. She is an asset to the profession of real estate.
