Total Assurance A/C & Heating

Gave this service group a try because I know and trust family of the owner. I was prepared to be patient considering it was August and peak season for these companies. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the dispatch and the speed of the turnaround & young tech that showed up to do the repair at my friend's. I had the condensate line maintained at the residence, and then the newer system was re-wired a little and upgraded, indoors and out. I was hoping for a section of PVC to be added but that was declined for lack of parts on the work van. I would recommend them to friends and use again for my next HVAC needs.
