Wow. What an amazing moving experience! These guys Earl, Dixon, and Buck really came through with the expertise moving skills, professionalism and hustle. We had to last minute contact them to help us move due to issues with a different company and they worked immediately to help us NEXT DAY. Y'all these guys left corpus at 3am to get to where we were and didn't stop till everything was unloaded (nearly 9pm!!) I CAN NOT recommend these guys any more or any louder. Thank you so much for helping my family on their new journey! Everything from contacting their office to the movers themselves was well deserving a full 5 stars!!!

DO NOT use Top Notch Movers. They arrived 10 hours late - yes, at 9:30 at night to move my 3 bed/ 2 bath house. At 2:45 a.m. when they left I had a HUGE mess to deal with. Boxes everywhere, appliances left at the old location, and damaged furniture. I'm still waiting on a refund which they promised to compensate for damaged furniture. HORRIBLE company.

Beware of this company if you value your things garage rear door dead bolt somehow was unlocked from inside , some one came thru the side gate and took about 30 boxed, some how my wheel barrel as unloaded rt by that back door, they used it to take things out, I contacted owner he got defensive. Not his ppl, he suggested my neighbors, if your gonna use this company you need to hire security ....Police report filed

Great experience! Very professional and courteous. Showed up on time and moved my antiques and delicate stained glass with special care. Moved a 900 pound antique Steinway, too! Wrapped everything carefully and packed into the storage unit like a beautiful jigsaw puzzle. Very friendly staff. I will definitely hire them again!

I want to give a big compliment to Top Notch Movers. Mario was wonderful to work with from communicating, executing the move, providing trustworthy hard working respectful guys, accurate online billing, and the follow up to resolve an issue that I had. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because there was a little problem, but the way that it was handled and resolved made me a fan again and I would use them again in the future. This is a company that cares about the service they provide and makes the effort to make their customers happy!

0/10 do not recommend.Had a move planed: 2 men and a truck to meet at a PODs facility Corpus Cristi, load up my pod into their truck, and take it to a storage unit up in Rockport. The appointment was made for 10am but the morning of the drivers called and asked for an earlier time of around 8. This was not possible but I told them I could be there earlier and we agreed to 0945 meet at the PODs facility. At 1000 the driver called and said he would be 18 minutes late. The driver called again at 1020 and said he couldn't find the place. I then called in the main like to talk to the manager. The manager said the truck was having trouble with the address of the PODs facility. I told him the address again and the manager started accusing me of supplying a completely different address. I told him no, I of course gave him the correct address. He then started yelling at me stating I did not give him the correct address. We argued back in forth, him shouting no I gave the wrong address, and me calmly stating yes I did. He held his ground but why would I give a wrong address? I need my stuff moved. He then said his truck was across the ferry in Aransas Pass. There is not a PODs facility in Aransas Pass and the address' given were in Corpus Cristi and Rockport. He said the truck spent too much time driving around already and we should just cancel your move. Complete unprofessionalism, and lack of competence, and to actually yell at a customer accusing them of lying, repeatedly. I had to deal with substantial predicaments due to not having my things moved.0/10

Top Notch Movers have moved me now three times and every single move has been consistent with punctuality, great communication during the process, very professional and fast. Their prices are the best in town. Mario the owner came through again being on top of his game working hard with his three awesome guys that were all my hero's for making my move so fast and stress free. I thank Mario, Adrian, Big J & John for making my move that was not easy because they had three locations to go for me to move my apartment. These guys are the best!! I can not thank them enough!

My 78 year old Aunt was scammed by Authority Miving Group (Florida). Mario & Top Notch came to the rescue! If you need help or know someone that does PLEASE call Top Notch!!

This group of guys were great, they did everything you could ask for out of a moving and storage company. Our household goods transported to TNM storage for a few months , we bought a house out of state and had the guys load us up for a 1600 mile trip. When we got to our destination we did a quick inventory of our goods, nothing was missing and NOTHING was damaged. Thanks Top Notch Movers! If there was one weakness at this company it would be their office mgr., she could use some wine to lighten up her day! Thx D & G

I want to share my experienced with people who are looking for an honest mover. Mario was recommended to us, and I am glad that we hired them for our move to New Mexico. They did what and when we wanted to have all our things to be picked up and delivered. The people that work with the company are very nice and respectful. We are very satisfied with the move. If you are looking for an honest movers that backed up what they quote and say, go with them. Ask Mario to visit personally, so that you can gauge who you will be dealing with. Highly recommend them.
