TLC Complete Care

Absolutely superb, my insurance administrator was closed for the weekend. I paid $200 deposit and they will process claim on Monday. Simple forms to complete, had me in triage room in 3-5 minutes. Ran some tests, saw doctor, issued prescription. This place runs like a crack Navy Seal team..well done

I have been here at least 5 times (ik it's sounds like a lot, but I had a lot of postpartum problems months ago, the flu [different strands], twice during pregnancy, and I had a horrible leg injury as of last week). This place is the best ER there is. I have only been referred to the hospital once from here because they found I had retained placenta and had to be admitted. The doctors and patients are always so nice and willing to help, and they go above and beyond. I have had insurance coming here, and I have had no insurance coming here. Either way, I saved a ton of money and they are always quick to handle the problem. I will always refer this place if someone asks me where they need to go. 11/10, definitely recommend. I would give 6 stars if possible.

I went here when I had COVID and the staff was amazing! I was not feeling my best and they gave me meds and helped me through the experience!

I had to come here to take my girlfriend and I was so pleased with the nice company and workers. Very professional, super nice and very caring. Usually when you go to a minor emergency they do everything in the power to kind of boot you and get you out quick. But this is a different one, they cared for her and got everything for her and I'm so pleased! The first minor emergency to do that! Nurse Taylor is amazing and so was the doctor on duty!!

I have my primary DR here and I love this place, they are top notch. Very clean and well kept they take great care of everyone. Dr. Wagner is awesome.

Update: be sure you understand that this place doesn't accept "advantage" insurance. You pay up front and file to get reimbursed. But TLC gives an unfamiliar coding to insurance companies. They are very unhelpful with questions or any help. This place shows up under "Urgent Care" when searching for options online BUT it is not! They call themselves a "freestanding ER Dept but not affiliated with any hospital". Not clear until you have a reimbursement problem. Check your coverage carefully before your visit!!!

My son was seen by Dr. Kretschmann on Sunday, June 13th at 11pm for his high grade fever 104.1°. After examining my son he couldn't find the source as to why he was experiencing a fever. UA was performed, blood work was not recommended and I had to deny a covid test because it was an additional $90. Walgreens perform free covid testings, so no need to waste my money. You can also grab a box of Binax Now (covid test) at Walmart for $19. Receptionist's exact words were 'doctors quote is $276" before we were even seen. Last time I went to this clinic my total bill (uninsured) was $160 which included a flu test and x-rays. My son needed to be treated. We needed to find the cause, so I agreed to pay. Unfortunately Dr. Kretschmann failed to diagnosis my son. After examining my son he concluded it was viral and there was nothing else they could do, but for us to just wait for the fever to subside. I was repeatedly told to come back if my son's fever didn't improve. Why would I come back if there's nothing you can do for me? I'm going to be honest, the moment I saw Dr. Kretschmann I had a bad gut feeling. I went to my son's PCP (primary care physician) the next morning at 9am and he was diagnosed with strep throat. My PCP made certain of his diagnosis. He explained the signs and symptoms to watch out for and showed me my son's throat. Red dots behind throat and white pus on tonsils is an indication of STREP. Dr. Kretschmann checked my son's throat. Perhaps he's visually impaired ... But he checked my son's throat and failed to diagnosis. If only he had caught this and prescribed us antibiotics and a steroid my son wouldn't have to wait hours to feel relief. Also my PCP recommended blood drawn to be done because 'it doesn't hurt to see if there's something else that may be going on'. Dr. Krestschmann did not recommend this. There was no need for it he said. Emergency room doctors have a reputation of being unintelligent ... I didn't believe it til I met Dr. Kretschmann. Literally a waste of money and time.

We've had to visit TLC twice this month and have been very happy with our care both times. We highly recommend them.

Marissa at the front desk gave me the most awful service of my life. She was scrolling through her phone on Instagram and was agitated at any question I had to try and get checked in. Worst costumer service experience of my life. I was seeking medical attention and she made it a miserable nightmare. I highly suggest not going here.

Dedicated group of professionals that do a great job taking care of you. I was brought back and seen quickly.
