I asked for the BEST person to give me a pedicure...Chloe was the BEST‼Service is on point...I will recommend and return...

Service is horrific. There is no reason to schedule an appointment because they don't keep it. Scheduled time to be with my wife and daughter and they screwed that up royally. This is the third time it has happened and you know what happens after the third strike.......save your money and go somewhere else.........ANYWHERE else.

Lynn is absolutely wonderful and extremely fast! Very clean nail salon with good drinks.

Alyssa is amazing and fast! She is very nice and pretty as well. You should go there and ask for her as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!

10/10 recommend this beautiful place to get your nails done. Not only do they respect your reservation time. They take their time with you! I've been going to Nataly and she's great. You show her any picture and she does exactly that!!!!! Never going to anyone else

I stopped by Saturday night and upon arrival I checked in and told the hostess, " I want a gel pedicure and acrylic nails."I was impressed with the beauty of the salon as k waited in the lounge.My pedicure nail technician directed me to my seat where I reiterated that I only want gel only toes but I wanted to match my color to an acrylic nail powder. She said that was fine and gave me a decent pedicure where she genuinely took her time.As she was transitioning me to the manicurist, I reiterated to both of them individually I do not want gel on my nails, I want acrylic powder to match my toes. As the manicurist began her work and filed down the previous top coat, she took the gel from my toes and painted over the hot pink I had with the aqua to see if it would cover, immediately stopped her and said "I don't want gel I want acrylic powder." She said "I'll put an acrylic coat over top", confused I said idon't think you can do that.I told them four times that I did not want gel polish, but I wanted acrylic color Even in the middle of her doing my nails, I even said I do not want gel I want powder she ignored me and said I can come back when they chip.Terrible experience- do not recommend.

Just want to start by saying I never leave reviews or speak poorly of local businesses but this scared me enough to need to share.......Went to Titan to get my nails done yesterday and I asked the girl doing my pedicure for a water and they bring it in a cup with a straw (paper still on the top of the straw)... I take a drink and with the first sip, before I even got water, there was something extremely bitter in the straw... like a substance... really salty but bitter tasting. It wasn't crunchy like salt.. and I felt something almost solid but dissolving in my mouth... I immediately spit it out and it was something white looked lile it could have been a crushed pill or something... but with my spit and water it ended up disolving enough to where I couldn't tell what it was. I truly don't know if it was salt or what it could have been but it was WHITE. I spit out most of it and from what I could tell, I didn't feel any different. I voiced my concern to several "managers" after the original lady who got me the water disappeared when I confronted her about it. Nobody could give me an explanation of what it could have been. All I got was apologies. I ended up staying and finishing my pedicure... and paid full price for a not so great job.... Regardless, it was a very scary experience and I let it be known how serious this was and how freaked out I was... it seemed like I mostly just got dismissed. It is a crazy world we live in ladies and I don't know what this was but I felt a need to share. Please beware. I never saw it coming or expected it. But my intuition told me something was off. I'm thankful nothing happened to me but it was a wake up call for sure.

I have been here twice now. The first time , i just got a polish change. to check out the atmosphere. My first visit was just okay. The place is extremely clean and very busy. It's not the best on customer service. However, first visit I did walk in no appointment . So I thought I would try again. I made an appointment for a pedicure. Although the young man who did the pedicure did an okay job My visit felt rushed, not relaxing at all 15 min into my 40.00 dollar pedi. The receptionist came to let him know that he had an appointment in 20 minutes. I get my nails done to feel relaxed and pampered. I don't feel like I got that experience at the Titan nail spa

I've been here several times with no issues and great service. However on this trip with the "new management." It took 30 minutes to get a simple water that used to be given soon as we come back to the waiting area. The chair I was taken to was crawling with ants at the foot rest. I asked for hot water and I was told they are "running low and warm is best they can do." Quite disappointing, time to find another place.

I always get a pretty amazing pedicure here. A little pricey but definitely worth it. Staff is often friendly and helpful.
