I had a slow leak and pulled in to see if they'd check the tire. They saw there was a nail and offered to repair it for me (free) if I came back in about 1 1/2 hours. My Jeep wouldn't start when I went to leave and they not only tried to fix it they let me wait while I waited to be towed. When I was about ready to leave they informed me they got it started. Then proceeded to fix my tire while we left it running. They were kind and helpful to a middle aged woman on her own, something MOST people would try to take advantage of! Thank you to all the Gentlemen at this shop! When I need tire service of any kind this where we will go, and will recommend them to anyone I can.

I had a bad experience with Tire and Wheel town. My wife posted 1 star with no review because she was unhappy with the service.. I kid you not, the store manager just called my cell phone and told me the store owner was going to get online and say "the truth and what really happened" if she did not change her review. Seriously partner, you're going to call my phone and leave a threatening message if she doesn't change or remove her review? She didn't even leave a worded post, just one star. But hey, since I'm here I might as well throw this out. I purchased a set of tires for my daughter's car less than two months ago, last night on the freeway she picked up a nail and her tire went flat, she got off the freeway as soon as possible (around an 1/8 of a mile). This morning we took the tire in to have it patched or replaced (punctures are supposed to be covered by road hazard)and the Manager told us that they wouldn't patch or replace the tire because she drove on it after it went flat and that road hazard doesn't cover negligence. Negligence, are you kidding me, is she supposed to sit in the middle of the freeway and get killed or drive off to a safe spot? C'mon man be realistic. I told them fine put the tire in the trunk and I would go buy a tire from somewhere else. I went outside the store to cool off and the manager proceeded to follow me out and make sure I understood that he was right and I wasn't. I asked him numerous times to go inside because I no longer wanted to discuss the issue. He kept going and going and going until the car came around and I left. I finally went to American Tire Distributors and they actually called Tire and wheel town to tell them that the tire showed no signs of negligence and that they needed to replace it. So YES I got my tire but I can assure you that it wasn't due to tire and wheel town. I almost forgot, the manager said in his voicemail message that I got my FREE tire so what was the problem?? FREE??? No my friend, I paid for it when I purchased a product from a business that offers a road hazard warranty. Even the road hazard warranty company told me that it should be replaced so dont let the owner try to fool you with his comments.
