Tipsy Canvas Corpus Christi

Tipsy Canvas is an art studio here in Corpus Christi that offers you basic art lesson to paint the theme of that night. They charge about $25 to $35 dollars which includes your canvas art to take home and while you are there all the supplies you need to do your artwork. Each night has a different theme and they do private parties if you want. I have been once so far and I enjoyed the class very much. It fills up fast, tons of people, big variety, and I noticed a lot of couples there as well. You are allowed to bring a beverage of your choice. I brought along cheese and crackers and no one made any comment that I couldn't. They played a variety of music to get you bopping while you painted. I am going to do this again. Its a great girls night out if you are looking for a change in scenery with friends or the non commitment of painting classes.

Fun even if you have no experience with painting. The instructor walks everyone through the painting step by step painting their own as they go so you can see and hear everything you need to do. Friendly instructors.

My wife and I had a great time. It was so cool to see the different way we each recreated the subject painting. I would love to go back some time.

I went with two friends last night and it was really fun. You are allowed to bring in wine or other beverages and snacks as well (small of course). Go in with the plan of having fun...If you take yourself too seriously then don't go. At first I was a tad bit frustrated with my painting abilities, but then i remembered that it didn't matter because I'm not an artist. I was there to have a good time with my friends and that I did. It was something different to do and I appreciated that. My class was 3 hours. The instructor Monica was really personable and all together great. Loved it!!! Go.

EXCELLENT! Will go back every time I go home to visit my family. Took my parents and sister for my Mom's birthday. Staff is amazing and we had a blast. Reasonably priced and would definitely would recommend for a large group or girls night out!

Fun, accommodating, interactive and a great way to make memories and build camaraderie. The instructor was clear, concise and made the experience one which we are looking forward to repeat.

Byob and paint, can't get any better than that. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fun paintings and something to take home at the end of the night. I had a blast. I've already told all my friends, and I plan on going back. Give it a try. They have private sessions and kids parties too!
