Thomas was polite and professional, showing his good moral standards. 1st contact - How do you give a $3000-$5000 quote over the phone, without asking the size or coming out to see the place?

Not very happy with Tiger Ac. The owner was my technician. He could not figure out what the problem with my ac unit was. He was at my house for 8 hours confused the whole time. Then he tried to charge me $1400.00 for not doing anything. I ended up calling precision air. They came out and within 5 minutes showed me the outside ac had the control wire mangled up. I had hit it with my weed Wacker. They put 2 wire nuts on it and only charged me $30. And to think Tiger ac wanted $1400 for being confused for 8 hours. Their are alot better companies like Precision air and Swift air. Don't make the same mistakes as I did. Don't use a crummy confused Tiger. I should have noticed all of Tigers reviews were all 5 stars but everyone had only written 1 review. They were all fake reviews on Google for Tiger Ac. At least you get true reviews here on Yelp. If Tiger spent as much time fixing AC units as they do writing their own fake reviews on Google maybe they could do a good job. But trust me. That's not the case. $1400 for doing nothing. I might be old Tiger Ac but this is one granny you can't cheat out her money honey..

these guys are absolute clowns. and not even the funny kind!! the lazy, make a mess of everything kind. Tommy will try to scam you by adding on fees AFTER agreeing to send someone out. AFTER i passed on their recommended service. BECAUSE their "tech" (I'm using that term loosely, he couldn't explain what he found to save his life) looked like some kid they picked up from an arcade at 6am on a Sunday morning after gaming all night!! THEN they will try to belittle you BECAUSE YOU SMELLED THEIR $%#7 NO WONDER their reviews are @$$

Mr.Cuellar was very professional and knowledgeable. He is a valuable member of the Tiger Heating and Air company. He completed our annual air conditioning and heating system check to make sure everything was in good working condition.Thomas is very helpful and professional. He goes out of his way to help with any of our needs.Sierra is one of the most wonderful person to speak too. Just talking to her on the phone, you can tell she is smiling which makes me smile.I highly recommend Tiger Heating and Air to anyone who needs quality and professional services on their HVAC system.

I called tiger AC. And they never answered the phone. After 6 tries they finally answered. I set a appointment and they were 5 hours late. When they started working it was horrible so I told them to leave. I ended up calling Air Force AC. That was the best choice I ever did and they did a fantastic job. I'm so glad I called Air Force AC.

I wouldn't trust the 3 star rating (at time of posting) this business has on yelp. They very much deserve a higher rating! Great team of professionals with solid work ethic and quick response times. They won't leave you out to hang.

These are the guys you want to use!!!! Bought a ten thousand dollar AC from Great Air heating and cooling and they completely BOTCHED the installation. Tiger AC worked with me to get a brand new unit from Trane and installed it CORRECTLY in record time! Honest and straightforward. These are my AC guys for life!!!!

We were in a pinch, asked our neighborhood for suggestions and Tiger had a few but not the most. Every one else was busy but they contract with local techs to get out faster. Two very young men showed up to inspect the issue. They said it was $88 just to diagnose the problems and then it falls into a tier pricing approach. After almost two hours they couldn't figure out the issue but took the $88. Be cautious and get someone with experience.

The worst. They charge two fuel charges and two diagnostic charges of $88 for one house that has two ac units. They wanted to charge over $150 for a part i later purchased for $27. Spoke to the owner/boss and he was nice but over talked me and not willing to work around reasonable pricing. In the end I paid $176.00 for two diagnostic fees for only one unit that needed a part yet had them leave based on principle. The tech was a very nice man.... Owner... Not a great businessman. After asking around other professionals say I was being ripped off.
