Who doesn't love warm cookies delivered right to your door? We decided to test them out to see if they would be a good fit for some appreciation gifts and the entire experience was lovely. The only reason they get less than 5 stars, was they arrived to deliver but couldn't figure out where they were supposed be. They called, but still couldn't find where to deliver them. After a little back and forth, they tried a second delivery and the delicious, warm cookies were mine!

A disappointing visit on a Sunday evening. While they close at 11, at 8:40 they were out of snickerdoodle and only had two chocolate chip. Didn't ask if I wanted them heated up (that's on me, I should have requested). Found out I'm not a fan of chocolate chip pecan. I guess Sundays are slow so they don't want to waste inventory. I get it.

I love fresh baked cookies so much! I went to dinner and spotted Tiff's Treats in the parking lot. I'm an elite member and I have the app so they always offer deals.I placed my order in the app. It said my order would be ready at 9:50pm and when I tell you it was ready at 9:50pm.I highly recommend this location.

It's so easy to place an order online! Whether it's a cookie delivery you want to make for someone's birthday or simply want to tell someone you are thinking of them, Tiff's Treats is the way to go! They also have a variety of cookies and packages that you can choose from. Their website allows you to choose from their featured products and if you wanted to add ice cream, or brownies that's easily done. Also, if you are wondering if they sell cookies individually wrapped, they certainly do. Also, they have scheduled delivery time frames, so you can schedule your delivery accordingly. Best part is that the cookies are warmth upon arrival. Love this place and highly recommend!

Cookies were good, but on the way, Google heard me talking about it and started throwing coupons at me.I asked to use them in the store and the girl said no. So I asked if I could just order from the app and pick them up now. She said I could but she would make me wait 30 mins even though the cookies were ready and the staff wasn't busy. "It's just the way we do things".Well, that's shitty.

Best cookies I have had in a long time, they maintained there freshness even after several days of sitting. Just as soft as the day they were when I purchased them.

So happy one is here in San Marcos! Third time here this week. Not just for me & the hubby, but also for some treats for fam. Everyone here is so friendly, place is clean, orders taken fast & done right

I love snickerdoodle cookies and these are heavenly I shared a couple with the neighbors at the motel and they oohed and ahhd!

Ever since Covid it seems Americans have been asked to lower our expectations of what customer service means....This Valentines was a whole new level of low. With Valentine's I knew any order I sent in would possibly be delayed but when I went online to try an order with Tiff's Treats, I was optimistic. They were very forthcoming about not allowing you to sign up for day/times not available so when I was able to select a time, I was feeling good that they were on top of it. As it was, I picked a time later in the day as I was sending to a niece who went to college in the area and knew she'd be at campus most of the day. But then my selected time came and went and no delivery. 6pm came, then 7pm...still no delivery and no call explaining the issue. After several call attempts without ever getting through I finally tried also sending an email. I did get an email response an hour later explaining how they were running behind but still intended to get their orders delivered for Valentines Day. Well 8pm came and went then 9pm and finally after several more emails, an apology, a refund THE VALENTINES GIFT FINALLY DELIVERED AT 11;12pm...LITERALLY 48 MIN BEFORE MIDNIGHT AND THE END OF VALENTINES DAY!!! This from a store that is literally 8 min away from the address I requested the delivery to. Had I lived in the same town I could have walked there and back to make the delivery myself.How any establishment thinks delivering perishables with a hard knock on the door after 11pm is acceptable service is beyond me. This is also my complaint with the state of customer service as of late. I would rather not have been serviced at all then someone promising service they cannot deliver on. Please Please Please...if you cannot provide the type of customer service you are advertising, limit the number of customers you are trying to service. Otherwise, you'll just have another frustrated customer that will think twice about using your services again.
