I was needing a place to stay for work for approx. 6-8 weeks. They talked on the phone like they were accommodating, but when I got there, the first night I was put in an old FEMA trailer and it was never cleaned from the previous renter. There were no sheets on the bed, or clean towels. I was never told that I would need to bring sheets or towels, the manager told my wife on the phone that it was furnished. They proceeded to move me into another unit at 9pm at night and the bed in that unit was covered with dog hair...again with no sheets. They agreed to try the third unit and furnished me some sheets and towels, but the bed springs were poking thru the mattress. I ended up sleeping on the couch and went to Walmart the next day to purchase a mattress pad. I was in the unit for a few days and the breaker tripped for the air conditioner in the middle of the night. Being a master electrician, I took care of it more than once and finally ended up sleeping in my car. Several more times this happened. When I called the manager she would tell me to call the assistant manager, I would and it would take someone over an hour to finally come help me. Eventually they had me staying in two different trailers at one time...if the power went out in one I was to move to the other one. I work 14-16 hours a day in the Texas heat and this was not acceptable, so I decided to leave. To top things off, they charged my charge card (they had the number from prior charge, with my explicit instructions not to charge any of my stay without calling me with the total first)without my approval the day I was leaving, and now they say they have a non refundable policy. They are crooks, amongst being liars about their accommodations. They are never available at the office or by phone. You leave a message and no one calls you back. PEOPLE YOU DO NOT WANT TO STAY IN THIS PARK!!! This is just partial of what I went through. FIND ANOTHER PARK TO STAY IN!!!!
