This is my first Yelp review ever because I've never been so inspired to write one. I've been in the service industry since I was 14 years old, and a native Texan. I've never been treated so horribly and had such a bizarre experience. The bartender straight up refused to serve us while the bar was empty- not because we were intoxicated but because we are apparently "outsiders" -even though my husband and his brother grew up down the street and their whole family still lives and works in Kingsville. We are in town for their grandmother's funeral- what a strange and horrible experience. Move on to the next exit and good luck to everyone out there just trying to grab a drink after a long year. Don't stop at the Silver Spur unless you want a twilight zone anti-Texas experience at the whim of some miserable bartender.

I tried to enter into the bar and was refused entrance due to my disability. This estimate is has a bad reputation for discrimination against disabled people. I should have know better than to try and go there. But was asked by a friend to go. I will never try to go there again. In fact I will be filling a lawsuit with my attorney for their actions. The American disability act and the department of Justice has sent me the names of attorneys also to file a lawsuit against them. The lawsuit has been recommended by the D.O.J. and the A.D.A.

Do NOT start a tab here or you'll be paying for all of the bar tenders friends' drinks. They overt charge on purpose just to very more tips. The place is filthy. cigarette Burns everywhere: couches, pool table ,whatever you can find therestaff is rude and VERY DECEITFUL

If I didn't know the owners, and the bar manager I would definitely give it a 1 star. Tonight was a bad night, it started off ok but then the service was worse. We sat at a table, which I normally don't like to do, and I had to get up and walk to the bar to order our drinks. Then my husband went up twice to the bar and never even received a, "may I help you or just a moment". They just ignored him and served other people. I know that the individuals working are going to be upset and I can guarantee that when I go back they are definitely going to ignore me for this review but I had to say something. I guess we won't be celebrating anything there again.

Drinks are good. Staff is friendly. Feels like a strip club due to the building set-up. When we have gone there is usually what sounds like someone's old CD blaring on the speakers. Also, smoking allowed inside is disgusting. Food available from a food truck.

Best (and cleanest) bar in town. Love karaoke night on Tuesdays. Prices are cheap. Only complaint is I wish it was closer to campus but then the complaint would be too many underage idiots. It has a nice mixture crowd.

The best bar in Kingsville! Hands down! Check out Karaoke night every Tuesday, it gets crazy for a Tuesday night.

Its really one of the only places in town, so we choose to go there because of the "bar/club" atmosphere. The music is usually pretty good, as they typically have a dj, but the dance floor is microscopic, the bartenders aren't very attentive, the bar is usually pretty messy and wet, and lastly the smoke is absolutely horrible! I leave there smelling like an ashtray for days, and even worse it's so bad it tends to make me sick to my stomach if I'm drinking as well. Not good for business.
