The Relief Clinic

This message is an absolute lifesaver. When I was pregnant with my second child I started having really bad back pain. The Relief Clinic is the only reason I don't have to take medication every day for back pain and headaches! I go about every 4 to 6 weeks and I can stay pretty much pain free. Absolutely 100% recommend this message and this clinic! The owner is so friendly and makes you feel really comfortable by explaining what's going to happen and makes sure you feel relaxed during the process. You must try this!

I have had a lot of massages in my lifetime, and I have to say that this was 100% the best one I've ever experienced. I went in thinking I was just getting a regular deep tissue massage, but MAN was it more than that! I had heard of medi-cupping before, and didn't know it was part of the massage. I was a little skeptical, but omg it was amazing. Steven is so knowledgeable and kind. He made sure to explain the science behind everything included in the experience. I have extremely tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. Every time I've had a massage in the past, my muscles have "crackled" when the therapist worked on them. This massage with Steven was entirely different. I was actually getting a little frustrated because he spent so much time with heat and machines...I was thinking he was never going to actually give me a massage. I didn't realize that what he was doing was actually heating up and loosening my muscles so they would be receptive to massage. I didn't tense up or feel a single "crackle" once he hit the massage part. I felt relief almost immediately, but I have felt better and better each day, since my massage three days ago. I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!!!!

I've been coming here for about a year, and I really enjoy the cupping technique, it's very relaxing and painless plus Steven and Celi are super nice and friendly.

I have had moderate to severe back pain that radiated to the tailbone area.. I first heard of cupping watching the Olympics this summer.. I was surprised to hear that it was offered in Victoria.. Steven is amazing! I have gone in a few times for significant soreness from workouts as well as a problem with sciatica. He has done amazing work to significantly decrease my soreness and pain. Truly the best massages I have ever had. And he has amazing prices!
