Service was fast! Restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. Friendly servers . Lemonade and tea were good as well. Food was very delicious. Ranchero sauce was very good! I definitely recommend this place for breakfast, lunch or dinner !

Me and my boyfriend and I decided to eat inside this restaurant, and wow, it was pretty big, spacious and the workers were so friendly. We were served really quickly, they came up to our table often. The food was cooked fast, we didn't wait at all! Everything was so tasty, and I loved it. I will say a downer was that my pancakes weren't the best. They were flat, and the flavor was odd. It left a taste in my mouth afterward. But other than that, everything was so good!

Fast food, lacks true taste and quality. The salsas and refried beans both were made with too much water [appears to be very watered down to accommodate volume]. The service was great. The tables and clean-up was messy. With all due respect, I will not come back.

Palms has consistently excellent food. The pork chop plate with beans & rice is a favorite. You get two juicy & flavorful chops, beans & rice & some guac, *chefs kiss*. But you really can't go wrong ordering anything from tacos to enchiladas. But do yourself a favor & get a large order of salsa & chips! Yummy!!!I've only used the drive-thru, but the employees at the window are always so friendly & sweet. Now since they're so popular, the drive-thru can take a while to get through. So I suggest while you are in line, use the "call-ahead" number that's listed on the side of the building so your order will be ready when you pull up

I ordered online. They charged more than i agreed to pay online which would Not have been a problem if the food was good. They used cheap ingredients the food was worse than TVDinner food. I will never order from here again, and if you want good food you wont either. Its just around the corner from me and i will drive across town next time I want Mexican food. This is trash. I'd drive to New Braunfels before id order from here again.

Great food and service. I had the chilaquiles breakfast plate that came with a side of refried beans and potatoes as well as two flour tortillas. I would definitely recommend

Clean, fresh and very courteous service. A real great hometown Mexican food spot. Highly recommend to stop by.

the lady was not paying attention at all also messed up in my taco. I always get pot/bac/bn/Chz. they never get right. It's good food but just wish they would pay attention and get order right. 4$ for 4 pieces of meat in a carne guisada is just wrong :(

Only had for breakfast but it was fantastic The pancake plate and Palmas plate were very good. Tortillas seem homemade and barbacoa was super tastyService was top notch

Was rushed looking at reviews and ignored the one that said watery salsa and runny refried beans. Staff friendly and plenty of customers. However, I've had better.
