We all came in from San antonio and Houston to get together with family. We love escape rooms. We all purchased our tickets at the same time. However, upon arrival we were told one of our friends tickets wasn't showing so only 5 of us could go. Then minutes later they said that we were too late and none of us could go in. Unwilling to leave our friend out, we asked to cancel. Then were told by the EXTREMELY RUDE manager, no. That there were no refunds. He then offered a time 6 hours later. We have plans already so we cant make that time. We were basically told, too bad. So we are currently disputing charges seeing as we were not able to even experience the escape room. This place was very disappointing. They need a new staff and definitely new management. Especially from the looks of the rest of the reviews. do better.Edit**** The owners have reached out to our group. We spoke to them and they have agreed to refund us for the inconvenience. We will go do the room we planned to, tomorrow. The fact that they reached out, was the only reason I've decided to change my rating from a 1 to a 3. Good customer service can turn an entire experience around.

Worst staff ever. We were told there was no option to just walk in and so 8 people were turned away. Way to lose a few hundred dollars and have an empty room. I think we dodged a bullet by not paying. I would say skip this place and try one of the others. No interest in service at all.

One of the suckest escape rooms ever. Not accommodating to people and Jesus was not helpful at all. Avoid this place at all costs. Tried twice and have problems each time. I recommend the 11th hour. They are #1 in CC.

We had so much fun!!! Brooke was our game master and she did an excellent job of explaining everything and giving us helpful hints. We came on Halloween night and it was perfectly spooky! We tried the Asylum room which has a 12% escape rate and the two of us got out with 2 minutes to spare. It was very challenging and very fun. There are also two other rooms which we plan on coming back to escape from! Thanks Brooke and Great Escape, we had a wonderful experience !

We arrived at the required 30 minutes prior to the appointment time and had no issue entering the room. The staff was so friendly and courteous We enjoyed how everything was put together. I've done many escape rooms and by far this had to be the best. The clues in the room were challenging but the helpful tips made it a lot easier to understand! I will definitely be returning!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This was the WORST escape room I've ever been to. We did the Heist escape room and literally none of the puzzles made sense. The black light was broken when we walked in and we couldn't get the next puzzle open. They blamed US and said we broke the black light! They told us we would have to pay for it. This was a COMPLETE waste of money. We asked for our money back and they refused. They also wouldn't tell us how to get out of the room. Every escape room I've been to tells you how to escape if you weren't able to get out. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME! The employees were very rude too.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. The absolute worst experience ever....if you're going I'd be sure to be there 40 minutes before your time or you run the risk of being "late". We've actually been here 2 times and the first time was a piece of cake. However, the hints didn't really flow yet we were able to get out. The second time none of the hints/clues worked. Nothing made sense. And after running out of time the worker there said one of the clues was broken and that's probably why we didn't escape. Yet, when we heard they'd opened up another room we thought we'd give it a try. We arrived at 5:34 for the 6:00 game and were told we were too late to start the game. We were not offered another time either. So, we asked to speak to the manager. He came out and basically said the same things over and over: we weren't getting out money back and the owner would be in touch. We followed up within the hour on FB Messenger and didn't hear from him for over 3 weeks. We paid with PayPal and opened a dispute with them. After a month we received our money back. Beware and use PayPal when paying.

Overall it was a fun experience. I booked same day for a 6pm session of the heist and the terms of service state that you should be there 30 minutes early. However the website said the place didn't open til 6 and we didn't know if anyone would be there, so we decided to show up at 5:50.We got there and they asked if we read the terms of service and told us we were too late, but no one else was doing the room we booked, so we would just have reduced time. They said we had to show up 30 minutes in advance to sign the liability waiver (which we'd printed out and signed already) and view the rules and a trailer for the room. I went to the restroom quickly (less than one minute) and when I got back they told us someone else was already in the room so we couldn't do it (my group was standing there and didn't see anyone go in, so we're not sure what happened). They said they could rebook us for later but we didn't have time so decided to leave. They don't give refunds.We left and stood outside trying to figure out what to do next, and about 5 minutes later the staff came out and told us we could do the Lost Tomb instead if we wanted to. We said sure and they got us started. The rules and trailer video were less than 5 minutes altogether, so I have no idea why they force people to show up so early. The room was fun, and the good parts were extreamly well done, but some pieces were very repetitive and there was a red herring that wasted a lot of time. Our room master was great, but it seems like overall something's weird with the way it's managed. If they want people to show up at 5:30, they should let you know they'll be open then.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. Horrible experience, took your money online but doesn't allow you to complete the escape room experience. Do NOT come here - or pay in person to see if you're eligible to even complete the game. They have a strict no refund policy, and will allow you to register and pay after their cut off time which is a flawed system. I am currently disputing my claim with Pay Pal and will have to wait 30 days before a refund is process. This place steals your money please do not come here.

As an escape room enthusiast, this one is simply the worst. Puzzles were not "calibrated" properly and there is no end walkthrough as in all other escape rooms ive been.
