The Grand Theater

In all my years growing up in Yoakum, the local theatre underwent several iterations of owners and looks. The new owners finally have what it takes to stay open and remain successful. In fact, they have now been open for a number of years and have added a second screen. Texas Highways also carried a great article about it, among other Texas theatres. Mom and I recently viewed A Man Called Otto...what an incredible movie. Bravo! Will definitely come back again whenever I'm in the area.

Reclining seats and great ambiance. Well worth the drive. Cleanest, most welcoming theater I have been to in a long time! Love the people, the snack bar and concessions are five star! Gotta try the pretzels and nachos. The restrooms are always clean and well kept. The 18+ balcony makes it so much more enjoyable. No loud kids running around or kicking seats. Reclining seats are spacious and comfy.

Nice movie theatre. The movie started early so you need to get there at least 10 minutes before the start time. Comfortable seats.
