The Goat Sports Grill - Refugio

Horrible service and experience. I had hair in my food one day, and a friend of mine went another time and found a cockroach. This place is disgusting and dirty. Cleanliness is zero. Restrooms are sticky and toilet paper was out. My server, Jasmin, was on her phone the whole time and it took almost 20 minutes to refill my drink. My drink was always dry (empty) and no one checked up on me. I always leave good tips, but this was such a horrible experience, they're lucky I paid for my tab and me and my girl didn't walk out. The food was dried and overcooked. Their employees drink on the job. They were taking selfies rather than attending to their customers. It's highly unprofessional. The music was okay, but overall would never return. I have had better experience at a McDonald's. We're not locals, but heard highly about this place and decided to stop by. Unimpressed to say the least. How is this place still in business? I reviewed them on my social media and tagged them on their Facebook page and they blocked me. No one tried leveling with me, they just blocked me. Wanted to hide the negative review, for what? What are they hiding? They know they're doing bad business. And wanted to hide it. Sketchy. Be careful coming here.
