The Galley Bistro & Bake Shop

This place deserves 5 stars here is why: 1. The food is amazing 2. The service is great 3. I love the open kitchen it's gives us a sense of transparency 4. The food is homemade, and made with love. There is no better way to describe The Galley. You can tell the staff love what they do, the service they provide, and the chefs are not shy. They walk around, talk to visitors and are always open to questions. I highly recommend The Galley

We went for their Sunday brunch where if you order an entree for anywhere from about $18-28 you also get the side tables for salad, fruit, baked breads, and desserts. The food here was incredible and the staff here are super friendly and courteous. One of the chefs even came out of the kitchen to greet guests and thank them for coming in. I ordered the chicken and waffles and the chicken was some of the best I've ever had! We will definitely be coming back again!

Warm, comfortable spot. Can tell they take pride in their dishes. Host/owner helpful but not pushy. Definitely going back.

Fabulous place to go and sit and have some really good food and enjoy visiting with your friends. (The Galley bistro is not to be confused with the Gallery 41 which is At the Art center.)

First of all: Do NOT mistake this restaurant for Gallery 41!!!! This place features FRESHLY MADE and well executed menu items in addition to a daily special. The special is a "deal" with lots of food and a dessert included! You can also order desserts and catering!!! SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR COMMUNITY!

This place is the cutest thing in the world. The order, cleanest and service is so beautiful.The tables are all different and that brings a nice ambient to the place.Love that the bread is home made and their concept of buffet is great.Visit this place, go local!

Was planning an anniversary trip to Corpus and found this establishment on Yelp. It had great reviews, was not a franchise, and had an awesome brunch menu. I called the number to make a reservation as we had to come in exactly when it opened because we had another event scheduled that day. One of the Chef's answered and she allowed us to come in early so that we would have enough time. The food was outstanding, service was great, and the unique layout/decor created a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Four professional chefs deliver divine lunches. They willingly make your selection all plant based upon request. The service is pleasant and unobtrusive. The desserts are sublime. Their catering services are another specialty of USS Chefs. The quality of the food matches their pleasing lunches. The pastry chef creates special occasion pies and cakes as well as single serving desserts to please the palate.Refreshingly the galley kitchen is open to view. Spotlessly clean it's a pleasure to see how flawlessly they work together, lovingly creating appetizing meals.
