When I come to Corpus Christi, I never really expect a lot out of the food. However the exchange food and quality is phenomenal. I've been to about 50 different wing places as that is kind of my thing and they are top-tier. The hamburgers were also delicious. Kyle is the head cook and just killed it tonight. The wings were crispy and delicious. The ambience was very cool, with interesting art throughout the restaurant and many instagramable picture opportunities. Thank for making our experience memorable, I definitely come back to The Exchange.

In the culinary wasteland that is Corpus Christi, this is a shining gem serving up awesome New American goodness. Here's what makes this place standout. Food. High quality and consistent. Diverse and also very creative. Good cocktails as well. Service. Consistently conscientious. Management stays on top of things, and that helps drive a culture of good service. Waitstaff genuinely care about your dining experience. Location. Pretty cool downtown area. Located on the end corner of Mesquite Street. Atmosphere. Modern. Cool. Not overdone, cheesy, pretentious or cheap looking. Right on for what they're trying to be. They have an aesthetic and identity they proactively achieve. In my opinion, this is one of the best restaurants in town. If we have out of town visitors, we usually take them here.

Lots of bottled beers, especially of the local variety for which I'm after. 2 large glass fridges at each end of the bar. There are also draft beers. Of course lots of mixed drinks.Good young crowd. Monday night was open-mic night. Variety of performances.Came in late night, but what food pix I've seen, looked good.

I was in town for a little staycation and found this hidden gem. The staff was friendly and awesome. I ordered the beef and chicken tacos with a side of guacamole and they did not disappoint. They were tasty and fresh. There was live music and the regulars were super friendly. Definitely a great place to visit.A second visit to check out open mic night introduced me to the pork tacos and waffle fries with a homemade aoli sauce that was amazing. The chef came out and chatted with us about their fresh ingredients and their menu options. Definitely worth a visit.

Love this place! It just feels comfortable as soon as you walk in. The entire menu sounds delicious. I've had the cheeseburger with bacon and egg on it, the chili and the Cuban sandwich. All were wonderful. And the staff makes sure you feel welcome and appreciated. This is also a music venue. Unfortunately they start at 9:00. Way too late for me. I'm going back to try more menu items.

Terrific place! Logan is awesome. This man knows his Detroit Coneys. I should have taken a picture of the coney island d but was more invested in meeting the man that brought a Detroit girl her dream.

So this joint has more of a bar feel and atmosphere to start with. So if you're going just for food this is something to keep in mind.Everyone was very friendly here. We did go just to eat before an event. Food came out in a very normal timeframe. We ordered a classic burger that was good, a Loganlit burger which had great flavor with a spicy sauce, and the fried pickle/curds which also were yummy. The waffle fries however that came with the burgers were almost unbeatable, they were very over cooked.

The food is food the drinks are great and the live music is amazing! Service from the staff is top tier what you need in downtown Corpus Christi
