The Downtown Barber Shop

Gus is the best! Only barber in Corpus I trust! Book your appointment ahead of time is my recommendation- he is appointment only and - he fills up quickly. Super cool place and good conversation!

Gus is amazing. Cool vibe, great location.

Has a sign on the door that states he's open, yet refuses to cut hair. Has happened on multiple occasions. Doesn't even have the decency to open the door and let me know he's not cutting hair for the rest of the day. This is not the first time this has happened, as I have tried to get my haircut here when the hours are posted, but came to a closer barbershop.

I'll never get go back. I called to see if he would be back soon. He said he was gonna open the shop in thirty minutes and if I wanted to make an appointment. I said no it's ok and before I could explain he hung up the phone while I was still talking. I've never wrote a review before but he really upset me.
