The Doctors Center

Advertised $40 sports physicals, brought my 11 year old in and was charged $50. I mentioned the $40 price advertised and was told "well here we charge $50" which is not in line with the website stating ALL locations at that price.

They will illegally withhold your medical records. They do not know or understand patient rights or the laws the govern patient data. The staff is terribly rude and aggressive. My visit resulted in a medical board complaint. The facility is nasty! Dark black mould all over the ceiling at the Portland center. Beware this place don't expect to be treated well or have any rights.

We scheduled an appointment online and was able to get appointment within 30 min. My daughter got two small puncture wounds in the water and we searched for the nearest Urgent Care. Dr Nguyen and the staff were extremely attentive to my daughter and very professional and pleasant.

So I was skeptical on coming here because of the reviews but it was once of the only places that accepted my insurance. I had nothing but positive vibes from everyone I interacted with . They got me in quickly. The helped me with registration at the front desk. Triage nurse was super nice as well as the nurse practitioner . They had me in and out quickly!

Dr Nguyen and staff are always the best. And super polite and professional and awesome and I highly recommend

Dr. was nice and professorial. She gets a 5 star+! However after the 180$ door fee (deductible up front they say). In the back is up sale on everything. Walked out with a loss of about 460+$. Thats no dig deal; price of getting hurt. Issue was only the patient is allowed in back, Warning to parents and spouses!! This is not posted anywhere at the location or their web page. You are not told this until your door fee is collected and patient is in the door leading to the exam room. You will get a extremely rude answer when you ask them why. THAT'S JUST OUR POLICY!!, you get yelled. Well then post your policy and let us decide to use you. We will not return. Six people came in for drug tests while we were their and waiting. That should have been our clue to leave. They are basically an occupational medical needs in out opinion.

I came in at 8:00 AM with no one in the office the receptionist was late I waited for 15 mins then she told me that the person doing my drug test didn't get here until 8:30! 8:45 still no one to do my drug test! She was very rude! I did I mention I was waiting for a hour with only me in the office I wouldn't recommend this place for a dog a appointment

I highly recommend dr Nguyen to everyone because he is super polite and helpful and the best doctor and he will be my dr when my primary doctor is full. And very quick.

Receptionist is rude. No people skills what so ever. Speaks down to everyone! The other lady in there is the complete opposite, she was very nice. Went out of her way to help me.

Waited an hour for them to call my insurance company to then be denied unless self pay. Meanwhile, they processed CDL physicals while I waited.
