I personally I think people only wright a review on Yelp to complain and give bad reviews. I guess that's why they call it yelp. I on the other hand think David Garcia is great! He keeps in contact with my husband and I and let's us know if finds a property he thinks we might like. We live in Austin, so the only way we can look at properties on a regular basis is thru the internet. Most of the Realtors down on the Coastal area are on "Island Time", but not David. He will work hard for you to find jus the right home. We highly recommend David.
