The Courtyard Condominiums

My family and I (10 people) rented 3 rooms during thanksgiving holiday. There were some flaws but nothing to ruin our vacation or to give a bad rating. Anywhere you go there will always be something thats not perfect. The location was amazing and I felt like we were the only people staying here. It was a very quite area. The beach was walking distance which is a plus for us.Since it was thanksgiving week, I am thankful were were able to make a full Thanksgiving dinner in our rooms. I had forgotten measuring cups and a strainer and thank goodness my room had some.

This is a pretty great little spot that's fairly near the beach (it is within walking distance, but it's a little bit of a hike).The rooms are clean and smell fine (no pet or smoke smell) and the beds and bathrooms are clean.The decor is cheesy, and not in the least bit is it romantic, but hey, it's a beach room!The pool is large and clean, but it closes at 10pm and they are pretty strict about it! There is a murphy bed (that pulls down from the wall) in every room so plenty of space for people to sleep.The staff is pretty nice overall, they deal with us patiently after we got locked out of our rooms...several times... (our fault).I will be staying here again!

Stayed here MANY times. From age 15-30... Never had any issues till the last visit. The office lady with blondish/short hair is a terrible person. No decency in her body. We had to switch rooms 3different times. She had not an once of sympathy for us. First room-power went out. Second room-AC wasn't working. Third room was finally ok. We split the room cost evenly between 3 people. But since I wasn't the person that paid with the card when we (myself and my sister) she would ONLY speak with my sister. Said to me, "you aren't even the one who paid for the room so I don't even have to talk to you!" I did pay for a night, we all did. This lady was the worst person I've ever had to deal with. Ever. I'll never ever go back. She wouldn't credit us anything for our time. Nothing. None of my family or friends will ever stay here ever again! We all went 4times/summer and once in the winter months...paid a decent chunk of change to go and have some family fun each time. It's Funny how ONE person can ruin it for everyone! Don't stay here unless you want to be treated like crap if something is wrong with your room that you paid for with your hard earned money!

I've stayed here several times and love it. Clean, safe, close to the beach, great service. We typically get a one bedroom which has a king, a couch and a Murphy bed and it's plenty for 3 people. Fully stocked kitchen, bbq pits outside, clean warm pool. Their rates are reasonable and they take great care of the condos. Highly recommended.

Booked for our 31st anniversary. It was last minute wasn't expecting much for the price . It was a pleasant surprise!! Clean, comfy and close to the beach. It was a great trip and will be our 1st choice when visiting Port A.

The best thing about the Courtyard is the amazing location and distance to the beach. The beach is LITERALLY the backyard! The pool is super nice too, although I don't go there much because I spend most time swimming in the beach. Also the staff is super helpful! The only reason this is not a 5 star rating, is because I do feel that it can be slightly (just slightly not hugely) over priced for its quality. It is a casual, decent, clean hotel, but nothing super fancy. I'm sure the reason it is alittle higher for it's quality is obviously because of tourism. Other than that it's a great place to stay when visitng Port A!The lady who works the front is always super nice and helpful :)

First time staying at The Courtyard during 4th of July weekend. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Booked a one bedroom and was pleasantly surprised to find out that there was also a murphy bed in the living room! Great place! Beautiful, clean pool, clean and well-furnished apartment (only thing missing was a cutting board), very helpful and pleasant staff! Very short walk to the beach. The only "downside" is that there's no balcony to sit out on, but you can go down to the pool area. BEST PART - my daughter accidentally left some jewelry in a dresser drawer. I emailed The Courtyard late Monday evening and had a call back from Marissa before noon on Tuesday. Thrilled to learn that they found the items!! We'll definitely stay there again.
