I've been here for eight months and it is absolutely horrible. Everyone thinks The Cosmopolitan is this rich, fancy place to live when really the pool has been out of commission - which we have been paying for, elevators constantly broken, gates broken, WATER LEAKING OUTSIDE THE BUILDING FROM THE POOL THEN PAINTING CURRENTLY TO COVER UP ALL THE WATER CRACKS, trash not being picked up, maintenance team not caring about anything nor the front office. Who is the owner of this place? This is no beuno. I thought it was bad management before, but since these new people took over the front desk is absolutely awful especially. Only time I'm wasting on this. Moving out once my lease is up, that's for sure. Hello Atlantic!!!

My boyfriend lives here and the management NEVER answers the phone. Any time of day any hour it doesn't matter. He has had important questions for them and they simply just don't answer the phone which is their job. Also the rent and utilities are very high for a 600 square foot apartment in a bad part of town and the water in the shower is hot for 45 seconds and gets cold. Oh also someone stole his trash can and he told his apartment and they didn't do anything so he hasn't had a trash can in like 4 months (they know about this issue). Do not live here if you want good management. *UPDATE* she answered after me calling numerous times from the time they opened today at 8 am finally and raised her voice at me for asking her to answer the phone when my boyfriend calls to answer questions about the lease. I do not know who it was unfortunately because she refused to give me her name when I asked politely who I am speaking with. I have no idea who is above her so I can report her. Please keep in mind this is not a one time thing. There have been many occasions that we have tried to contact them for whatever reason and no answer or even call back. Also, during their 8-5 business hours during the week, there is never anyone in the office. Honestly I think these people just don't work. I am disgusted with the way she spoke to me on the phone. How long can these reviews be? I have another update. Heather is the girls name that was on the phone. She finally answered my boyfriends call and was extremely rude to him as well and refused to give her name. A past tenant at work said this woman was late to the tour and very very rude. Heather, if you are reading this, do your job. Update (again): Well well well what do you know we have more!!!!! They have now REFUSED (very rudely) to answer any questions about the lease or even answer the phone now. They emailed that we are no longer allowed to call their office because I hung up the phone after being cursed and yelled at. Isn't that a leasing offices job? Answer calls and questions for PAYING TENANTS? I work in sales as my corporate job and if I spoke to anyone paying for my services the way we were spoken to today I would lose my job. The bad part about this is that these people are the management, so there is no one else to go to with these issues. Do not have a job in customer service if you are not going to SERVE CUSTOMERS. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting. Do not live here.
