The Club at Colony Creek

Worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my 37 years. It took 15 minutes to get a drink order. Another 15 for the drinks to arrive. Another 15 for the order to be taken. One hour later still no appetizer and no word from our server on what was going on. Bartender didn't know how to make drinks and was out of sweet and sour. How does a bar run out of sweet and sour? It is only he most popular drink mix of all time. It like running out of coke. As a former bartender and server I am usually patient and understanding of restaurant experiences. This however was far beyond usual mishaps. There is an obvious lack of training a lack of caring and and total disregard for the customer. Oh yeah did I mention that there were only 4 tables with guests.

I have a mixed reaction to this establishment. The good is certainly the staff. Very friendly, attentive and more importantly quick with drinks. The bad is the dining area in general and the food in specific. I was disappointed in the dining area which looked more like a casual dining spot then something befitting an establishment on a golf course. The food was good but limited in choice and would certainly have benefitted from a set menu along with the buffet.Hopefully this helps and I look forward to improvements being made as well.
