Extremely impressed with their choice of beef cuts and pre-seasoned proteins. We typically order the filets which were able to be cut with a butter knife when cooked to medium rare. Yes the filets were a little pricey but I've learned you get what you pay for and theses are worth every penny for the quality. We've also had their ribeyes which were equally amazing. We tried the bacon wrapped cream cheese jalapeños which grilled up nicely. We also tried the stuffed chicken breast, spinach sundried tomatoes and Parmesan. It was ok. Chicken was bland. If it were me I would flatten out the thicker part of the breast and butterfly it deeper to allow for more filler and it cook more evenly and add either more Parmesan or a creamier melting cheese . As it was the thinner end was somewhat dry and couldn't taste the Parmesan. However, not a deal breaker. Definitely our go-to for a superior cut and quality of meat.

Low and Slow boudin with chile pequin is the perfect blend of flavor and heat, very tasty and highly addictive!! Service was excellent and the variety of meat products will entice your interests. I look forward to shopping there in the future, if you haven't been you need to check it out!!

Well let me start by saying a buy lots of meat from this place but today was the 1st time trying the food truck. Although the prices r high but beef is high so I u destined that but $13.00 for a chop beef sandwich is okay if you put some meat on it and at least toast the bun! Meat was luke warm and bun was cold which cooled the meat off quicker than it should. This place sells high quality meat so I think the appearance and taste of the product should match!

Five words: flamin' hot cheetos boudin balls. Words cannot describe how awesome these are. Also, four different varieties of housemade boudin. And other meats and sausages. Good stuff.Will definitely make this a stop whenever I roll through Victoria again.

Love this place! Owner is really cool and always willing to help. They have the best meat in Victoria! Highly recommend!!!
