The Cheesecake Factory

We walked in on a Sunday morning for a pre birthday brunch. The wait was not long as our table was ready once we walked in. We were 8 total and everyone was pleased! Our server Isaac was on point and very polite. Always explaining menu items and answering any questions we had. We gave him a hard time with some "roasting" but he was a great sport!! Drinks were always refilled, always asking if we needed anything. He never gave us the impression that he didn't care. He mentioned he was once a busboy there and now he's a server therefore he knew what was expected of him. The food is always decent here but the service stole the show!! Thank you Isaac, we enjoyed our brunch!!!

Here we go again. Our favorite manager Gavin was not here today. We could tell. Like a totally different restaurant. My wife and I were seated in the family section with all the screaming kids even though there were only seven tables with guests. LOUD CRYING. It took at least 30 minutes to get our food. Waitress checked on us once. While waiting. Failed to explain they had to make my wife's sauce from scratch. Food was good except fries were cold after I specifically asked for hot fries. Had a long discussion with the waitress about this. She said they would be hot. Not. They had over 30 minutes to get that one request right. Once again. FAIL.

Kathy, your hostess today was very rude and condescending. I told her we had two in our party and we started walking around the corner when she noticed my baby in my carrier and told me that I needed to learn how to count and that she needed to teach me how to count. Lack of sleep or the fact, my child does not walk and needs to be carried everywhere might have been the reason why I said that , but it doesn't matter. She was very rude. When I tell you, she said I needed to learn how to count, I am not even lying. Ask her!

A pleasant surprise. The beet and avocado salad w yogurt sounds strange, but it is oddly scrumptious. Bears, beets, Battlestar Galactica.

Service was top notch! Our server was the best and super understanding. Food in Cheesecake Factory is always a safe bet, everything was super good specially the meatloaf. As for the bread we didn't think it was a good as before. Place was busy as always with good music at a decent volume.

Best brunch in town. We had chicken and waffles and topped it off with a mimosa. Large portions, great atmosphere and then you can b walk off your meal in the mall and head back for early dinner.

Came here for lunch on a tuesday and it was packed! Waited 30 min then sat down. The service was quick and super friendly. The food took a while to come out but we liked the pot stickers. The burger was pretty good, but I thought the tacos didn't have much flavor. We of course did get a slice of cheesecake which I forgot to take a picture of, but it was delicious of course!

- friendly and fast staff- food was pretty good!! i had a veggie burger and fries :)- various drink options- lots of seating- can be a bit loud- feels a little fancy lol- a bit on the expensive side so i'd recommend coming once in a while, like for a date or birthday

My husband and I walked in and asked for a booth and the waitress said that at the moment they did not have one. The restaurant was almost empty, and several booths were available. My husband got mad and insisted that we get a booth, so they did sit us down in a booth. The one thing that we don't like is the running booth with chairs on one side, it seems like you are eating with the neighbors.Even though we were upset about the booth, the food was delicious. Our waiter was a guy named Chris, he was a wonderful waiter!

The serving staff very friendly and efficient. The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable.
