Texas Watercraft and Marine

These guys used to have a small shop off SPID. Someone with some money came a long and figured these guys had a good thing going and if he gave them some cash for a better location and more workers and a better shop everyone would make some good money. The problem is that I don't think these guys know how to operate beyond just a few workers. We used to take our jet ski's to these guys when they were on SPID because they did a good job, quickly, and for a fair price. When they moved we took our jet ski's over to the new location because they needed some work. They were going to have to rebuild one of them. I get this information after they had the PWC for about a month. I give them the green light. I follow up and follow up, no progress. I finally get BBB involved and they finally get one of the two PWC fixed up. The one that needed the rebuild never got it done. I don't think they had the money to order the parts or something. I really don't know. After about 6 months we got our PWC back and they had let them sit in the sun for the entire time. Baking the vinyl and the fiberglass. We since gave the PWC away. I don't know that there are a lot of options in Corpus for PWC but if you have another choice I'd go with it. I was very reasonable in terms of communicating and I was very understanding about the ball getting dropped. At the end of the day these guys just failed me. They didn't used to, it wasn't until the business got beyond their control.
