Texas Traditions Grill & Bar

It was delicious! Though they got the order wrong and the club was a hot sandwich, I would recommend this restaurant. I had the chicken finger basket which was hot, fresh and tasty. It is a clean restaurant with friendly staff and homemade pies. Definitely will go again.

Awesome place. Service was great. Had the Chicken Fried Steak. All of the food was fresh and tasted homemade. They had a large selection of pies, but, we somehow managed to walk by without buying one.

This restaurant came to us highly recommended by our niece Nikki LaGrega from Victoria, we are from Long Island New York. Food was outstanding. Excellent wait staff . Very clean establishment. Food came out in a timely manner. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Texas . Highly recommend this food establishment.

I would not recommend this restaurant. Despite no one in the restaurant and two front end employees we still had to wait to be seated. My drink was out of syrup so way too carbonated. I ended up getting a glass of wine and my husband some sweet tea. I was excited when I saw a shrimp poboy on the menu but the shrimp was over done and dry as well as the sandwich. I had to use all the Mayo just to make it eatable. We had fried pickles for an appetizer and they weren't bad. My husband had a chicken fried steak, the breading on the chicken was good but the white pepper gravy was yellow with no pepper. My fries were seasoned and tasted good. Once seated the service was pretty good. It was a $50 ticket for what I mentioned which I thought was a bit high.

The food was great! Our dinner came with a side salad that came first. This salad was amazing. It would've cost $10 at any other restaurant. The fish and shrimp was so good. The service was fast and very friendly. And the place was very clean. We're new in town and will definitely go back for more!

Great spot in downtown Port Lavaca. Home Cooking. Fast service. Friendly staff. What else do you need!? Daily blue plate specials for lunch are always spot on.

Me and my husband had came in the other night and it was a great ! We got greeted by our server Kailee and she was fantastic from the start! She made us a great margarita and gave us great recommendations for our dinner choices. We got exactly what she recommended which was the blackened red fish and the ribeye which were both a great choice and came with a great salad! Kailee also recommended the raspberry cheesecake and the coconut pie which we got as well and it was fantastic ! Kudos to the chef ! We left full and happy and will be back if we are ever in the area again! Thank you Kailee for making our night !

My fav place to eat on pay dayFried pickles are a must with their homemade ranch. The wait staff is great and so is their atmosphere. Calming country music, makes you feel like you're just hanging out with friends and eating a nice dinner at home

Had lunch here today and it was AWFUL ! Salad was soggy and lunch bill for two people (salads) was almost $50! Waitstaff was quite nice but food was pitiful. This is my last visit there!!!!!
