Customer service! I just called and Robin immediately told me that where we are staying is far from her so recommended a closer location and gave me restaurant ideas close to our rental. She gave me the number of a golf cart hook up closer to our rental. She could have brushed me off but instead sent me texts with restaurants and shopping ideas. Call here!!

On our first visit to Port A, we noticed lots of people driving around in carts. I thought it would be an awesome way to experience Port A. There's a few locations to rent from but the reviews on Google about how nice the owners were drew my attention. We called and met one of the nicest person around. Linda was super helpful, gave us all the "local" inside info on where to eat and best of all she made us feel like a long lost friend. I would highly recommend renting from them. Customer service is a lost art. You won't regret.

We had a reservation for the Sand Fest 2021, called twice to confirm the reservation during the year. Called the week before the festival and she claimed we didn't have a reservation and they were out of carts!! No way to do business or customers. Luckily we found another cart at another rental. Will not do business with Texas Reds again!!

SKIP THE REST, GO TO THE BEST!!!! With so many options for golf cart rentals in Port Aransas, it can be pretty overwhelming when trying to pick the right one. I visited MANY different locations looking for the best deal and it became tedious and overwhelming.......so I turned to "yelp" as I do in situations like these and I saw all the fabulous reviews for TEXAS Red Gold Carts, and specifically, Robin and her husband, who are the owners. I can now personally saw that there is a reason for all of their 5 star reviews! Robin is amazing!!!! Such a kind and helpful person who goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience! Their rates are very competitive and the carts and clean, in great condition, and drive really well . We had a blast driving our red cart around the island and on the beach ! Thanks again Robin!!! You are now our "go to" cart rental in Port A :-)

I had the pleasure or renting a golf cart from Robin and Texas Red's for a long weekend visit. Communication was great and Deb arrived earlier than expected on the morning my rental began. Cart was in great condition for the environment it lives in and included some unexpected upgrades. I've already booked with Robin for another visit so I will be back!

Super friendly owners! Very personable and easy communication. Dropped off and picked up right to our camper! Made our beach trip so easy!
