Texas Overhead Door

Texas Overhead Door was recommended to me by a local home builder in Port Aransas. I talked to Chuck at 8:30 in the morning and he got me on the schedule for that afternoon. The sorted out a list of small issues on 3 different garage doors and openers and have them running quite and smooth. I am very happy with the results and the value.

Excellent excellent excellent! This company comes through every time with swift response to my calls for help, (Chuck set my appointment within 24 hours) efficient and skillful work, respectful manner. Today, Michael and Phillip were top notch, safe, smart and clever engineers who diagnosed the problem and fixed it in just a few minutes! They were patient to fix everything I asked them to do. I couldn't ask for more. A few years ago, Texas Overhead Door installed the garage door with expertise and finesse. I knew when I called them they would resolve the problem quickly and well.

We just rebuilt our home after Harvey destroyed the original. We had 4 doors installed with outside door openers and even able to open from our iPhones. We needed a little tweaking to one door that squeaked some and def. needed help programming the doors. Called and talked to Christy (I think) who answered the phone and took my message, issued a ticket number and said someone would call back. I didn't really expect much to happen. Sure enough, Chuck called shortly after and said he had someone in Rockport and they would come by. 45 minutes later he showed up and took care of everything! Walked us through "how to" as he did it. Gave us care instructions etc. Could not have had a better experience. Period. Well done entire team. Mark

I called on Monday at 8:00am, they were at my house by 9:00am. They replaced the springs on the overhead garage door and were finished by 10:00am! Excellent job and conscientious workers!

I tried to get three garage doors installed, and the salesman came the next day to look. Talked to Chuck, the apparent office manager, and he had given me nothing but excuses for not giving me a bid after I waited 5 weeks. I finally called and asked him when he was able to give me a bid (for he previously gave me many un-kept promises), and said he didn't need this abuse and hung up on me. This company is not affiliated with the Overhead Door Corporation; just using the name.

I called Texas Overhead Door, for my elderly neighbor, and talked with Chuck. I explained that she wanted the bumpers on the bottom of the garage doors replaced to help keep the water out of her garage. Chuck quickly explained that the bottom seal is not meant to keep water out and is there to cushion the garage door when it is closing and replacing them would not solve her problem. I want to thank Chuck for his honesty and information. Highly recommend Texas Overhead Door!!
