Wonder caring staff. Seen immediate on a Saturday morning all in. Everyone there was attentive and dr was very informative. The clinic was unable to perform lab work or X-rays on Saturday but provided a convenient drop off time on Monday.

Definitely going to be sticking with this vet my chihuahua Tinkerbell had been diagnosed with pyometra and I tried going to Oso before coming to Tejas lol Oso was trying to charge me 3,700 to get her the surgery she needed. Tejas is affordable and they took her in for surgery the same day I brought her they constantly called me with updates on how she was doing.

This vet clinic is absolutely horrible. They won't prescribe my puppies with a long term heart worm prevention medication. The doctors are absolutely atrocious!! All they want is money from you and not help your best friend!!!

Dr. Pancho is great. He is not there all the time now but if you can get a time when he is in you will be satisfied. The staff is friendly and are helpful. The other vets that work here do a great job. There is one vet that is afraid of dogs and wants to put a muzzle on them and that doesn't make the dogs happy. Even though that vet does a great job o try to avoid if i know that is the one on duty that day. I have boarded 2 of my dogs there several times and they have reasonable prices and thr dogs are always cared for there.

Tejas is a wonderful, caring place that delivers excellent pet care and services. They are reasonably priced and fair in the explanation of charges. In these Covid days they do their best to include you and let you be with your pet in the clinic. Some clinics restrict to "drop" off care which can be stressful for your pets, I know I appreciate them allowing me to be with my babies when they go. All the vets are caring knowledgeable people who deliver the best of care!!

Dr. Griffin took great care of my dog. We'd gone to several other veterinary clinics to find out what was going on with our family pet. No one listened and continued to give steroids and antibiotics while not searching for the root cause. She listened and ran extensive tests to find a solution. She kept in close contact with us and kept the cost affordable. We won't go to another clinic even with the drive. Thank you for taking care of our pup.

I made an appointment to take my dog Brody during my lunch break. I told them exactly what I wanted before I got there. He needed to get his shots updated. I sit out there for 15 minutes which is great. I get to the back, she examines him, tries to upsell me, heartworm test, heartworm preventative. I do not have the money for that right this second I told her that I would schedule him an appointment for that. Then I proceeded to sit back there for 45 minutes waiting for them to come give him his shots. At which time they never showed up. I went out to the reception area and told them that I was on my lunch break I needed to get to work. What was the hold up? She acted like I was bugging her . . I sit back there 10 more minutes till finally I leave. If you have all day to go and have your pet looked at by all means, go there. I don't. No one seem to have any kind of sense of urgency. I will Find a new vet clinic

Don't bother making an appt. Even with an appt you wait an hour and a half or longer. Still never saw the vet.

this place killed my cat. he came in with a blocked urethra and I was told it was a simple procedure. what the vet did was puncture his bladder when they inserted the catheter. they had him for 3 days then sent him home saying he is good to go which was a lie. he was never able to urinate when he came home. i took him back the next day and they said his bladder didn't feel full. I took him back home and he continued to drink water and still was unable to urinate. the rest of the weekend he drank water and I noticed he began to swell in his abdomen. turned out the water was leaking through his bladder which the vet at tajas damaged that cause too much damage to be repaired. they killed my cat and charged me over $1500 to do so! I verified with 3 other veterinarians that was the cause of the damage to his bladder. they had the audacity to send me a sympathy card, which I never read and just threw away. find a better vet for your animals.
