If you're ever in our little town of West Columbia and hungry - you must stop by this taco shack!! The tortillas are homemade and the food is awesome!!!!

Best tacos in town! Great portions and well priced! For breakfast you can't go wrong w the sausage or chorizo egg and cheese taco. The beef and pastor are great for lunch. Mirtha's salsa is incredible. Everything is made to order.

This place was absolutely delicious! I got 2 breakfast tacos: 1) Chorizo with rice, beans, and cheese. 2) Potato with rice, beans, and cheese. The service was great, the tacos were served hot and homemade and perfectly spiced. Eat here!!! Este lugar estaba absolutamente delicioso! Tengo 2 tacos de desayuno: 1) Chorizo con arroz, frijoles y queso. 2) Papas con arroz, frijoles y queso. El servicio era excelente, los tacos se servían calientes y caseros y perfectamente condimentados. Cómate aquí!!!

I'm surprised this food truck hasn't been reviewed yet. It's a popular breakfast taco stop (she's open only for breakfast and lunch--early lunch). The food is fresh, delicious--great fresh tortillas. Lots of options for your breakfast taco. I've been meaning to try her lunch menu, but I made it in time only once, and then I was ordering for my wife. The prices are very reasonable and the quantity you get for the money very good (one taco, for under $5, is more than enough for a hungry man like me). She offers barbacoa tacos, which my wife likes. Definitely stop by and try it for yourself. Maybe the best breakfast tacos in West Columbia.

Best hot sauce around!! The hippo burritos are my favorite.
