Taqueria El Rincon Del Sabor

Being new to Edna, I wasn't aware of where to eat, but I lucked into fabulous breakfast tacos at Taquería el Rincón del Sabor (my google maps says it's called Norma's Tamales but the proprieter set me straight) I got carryout because I'd already brewed coffee at the airbnb i was stating at, and used the prep time to pick up the perfect accompaniment, 3/$1 ataulfo mangoes from the HEB Market around the corner. The tacos were wrapped in amazing tortillas: one of the best I've had: savory, buttery, almost crepelike and with a wonderful springy mouth feel. Service was delightful and food was prompt and an excellent value. Wish I lived closer!
