Taqueria Don Yeyo

This visit to Taqueria Don Yeyo was during the day, around 3 PM. It was the first time to see the place in daylight. It was between lunch and dinner, so it was not busy. The tables and set up were clean. Since it is December, the weather was perfect for outdoor dining.This time the service was excellent. I ordered the tostadas with carne deshebrada (shredded beef), and while I waited they brought me a cup of charro beans and some chips and salsa. The tostadas were served quickly and were well proportioned. While I mostly enjoyed them, I was surprised they used a shredded beef that had been overly seasoned and was too salty... and I like salty food! Next time I'll try another kind. For three tostadas, a cup of beans, and a bottle of Fresca the bill came to $14. Still, I think I enjoyed this more than going to a chain fast food restaurant.

Our ambiance experience was 0/5. We visited the Jackson location 2 wks ago.Visiting the location was awful. The whole time was spent swatting flys away from our table. Looking at other tables, they were too swinging their arms around to get the flies off their food and drinks.IF THERE IS A NEXT TIME it will be to go.

Delicioso! My husband is a trucker we stopped by pretty late around 12 @ night and customer service was great we got asada and pastor tacos they also gave us a side on some delicious beans and chips and salsa best beans ever definitely will be back! Ps we were hungry forgot to take pic
