Left Crunchy Roll, right Playboy Roll. Great quality, flavor, and temperature (important for delivery sushi).
Miso soup had no flavor and the strips were crumbs. I could not eat either.

We order two types of sushi. They were fine (average). But the egg roles were literally cold and soggy. They replaced them with hot crispy ones. My sushi came with Miso soup and salad. But it was never delivered. I had to ask for a menu to confirm it was included. The server was then able to go get it. The miso soup was watered down and didn't taste like it. I didn't eat it. The crunchy long chips were smashed into crumbs (really). The salad dressing barely tasted like any ginger. The tempura was an appetizer but came out last (but before the missing food) and It was mixed. Some was overcooked with big crunchy hunks of batter. It felt like the Dennys of Japanese food. And then they charged extra for credit cards--who uses cash anymore..not for $85 in food. Too bad. The other reviews were good.

Go somewhere else, unfortunately our party was pretty much disappointed in the experience. Drinks were really good though. Manager tried making it right by handing out discounts for the next time we visit. We are not going to bother taking a chance again as there are many other places in town that will be glad to accommodate us.

On our short visits to Corpus this is our go to take out/delivery restaurant.This is the best Suchi we have tasted in Corpus. The fish is always fresh and delicious. The Harumaki appetizer rolls and crab rangoon are always good. The shaggy dog and sexy beach are our favorite specialty rolls. I don't think you can go wrong trying anything on the menu!

Wow! This bistro has got it going on! I wasn't sure about our first time to visit because we were seated at the bar which is not normally where I like to be but it turned out to be the best place to experience all this place has to offer. Joseph was the bartender and upon hearing we were first time visitors and not knowledgeable about Asian food, he offered his years of experience in recommending side dishes and drinks after hearing what we like. We started with a deep fried roll that had cream cheese, chicken, and jalapeño and topped with shredded crab and a spicy mayo. They served the roll with two dipping sauces: an eel sauce and a spicy mayo. So creamy and flavorful with an array of flavors that melded so well. My husband had Mongolian beef with scallions, onions, and a garlic sauce and served with fried rice. The beef was so tender and juicy and none of that weird gristle like you find in cheap Chinese restaurants. I had teriyaki chicken and vegetables. The chicken was thin sliced white meat and there were so many different vegetables (snow peas, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, squash, carrots, baby corn, etc). It was also served with fried rice. I had a drink made with vodka, watermelon liqueur, and some other yummy ingredients. It tasted just like a watermelon skittle The servings were huge and we'll have leftovers for at least two more meals. Joseph was a spectacular bartender and served with all the right recommendations!

Arrived, got seated, waited 20 minutes for someone to come over to ask us for our drink order. Ordered chicken teriyaki with fried rice and the rice was old and crunchy and the chicken was bland. the plate was full of water from cooking it out of the chicken. Atmosphere was ehhh. will never come here again.

For starters the food was horrible did not taste like hibachi food at all. I had to ask the chef to add teriyaki sauce to my food when I had already told the waiter that I wanted teriyaki steak. We were watched by multiple people that worked there the whole entire time while we were. They obviously thought we were going to dine and dash because we're teenagers which was very to assume that based on our age and how we look. My friend that was allergic to seafood told the host, and the waiter that no seafood can touch her food and then when the chef started he put the seafood right next to her food and had to tell the chef again about her allergy. They added their own gratuity to our check because we had a group of 12 but they did not let any of us know about that rule that they had until we got our checks and saw the tip added already. The restrooms were not cleaned properly and there was cleaning stuff left out in the open of the restrooms. The chef squirted everyone with water. One of there little game that they do they tried doing with me after i told them no multiple times, they touched me with a napkin who knows where it had been, but I had to physically push it away from my face for them to stop doing it. Me and my boyfriend food total was almost $115 and we just ordered 2 sodas i got steak w steamed rice and he ordered steak with fried rice. Prices are way too high! Would not recommend this restaurant at all it was absolutely disgusting and I feel bad for anyone whoeats their disgusting food.

Service: Our server was very attentive, never let our drinks go empty, and was very nice. Our server asked if we wanted sauce and she brought us each our own sauce plates for soy sauce, spicy Mayo, and eel sauce.Food:The pupu platter was a lot larger than I thought it was going to be, so I loved that. I enjoyed that we were able to try the calamari, fried dumplings, egg rolls, wings, carb Rangoons, and coconut shrimp! We also got the crunchy roll it was good but there's definitely better options on the menu. Bar drinks:The drinks were very good but it would've been nice to see the price on the menu. One of our drinks ended up being the most expensive thing we ordered. We got the Hello kitty it was good and loved that the bartender added glitter. The other drink we got was the North Cali Mojito it was very good and refreshing but the price caught us by surprise at the end. Restaurant:It was a cute restaurant with cute booths, but some of the decor was clearly out of season they had fall decorations out in June. It seemed like the A/C was out so it was a little warm. Overall:We had a good experience and would come back.
