Takeaway Gourmet

Today was my first time here. I was very impressed. A little girl in a walker greeted us at the door and then the waitress explained what the restaurant was. We sat down to wait for our food to be heated (they don't cook on Friday so that everything is fresh on Monday) and I checked in on yelp only to realize they closed when we walked in. The staff was really friendly and I love that they deliver. I took a few menus and passed one out to the hotel we are staying in (we are from San Antonio) and to my family that lives here. I am very excited we stopped in. My husband, who doesn't usually eat health conscious foods, liked it too. We will be back the next time we are in town.

The staff is very friendly. Most meals I've tried were pretty good. I buy 4-8 meals at a time so I can have something healthy in my fridge and not have to turn to fast food. When I haven't done any cooking or meal prepping, these meals really come in handy. My favorites are the turkey burger, cheesy Swiss chicken, Mexican shells & brownies.
