Food is always great but today the Service was EXCELLENT. A young man named Jiro was literally the hardest working employee, he never stopped. He did it all: swept, cleaned, restocked, took orders to tables, worked the cash register and still had time to laugh with co-workers and keep a smile the entire time. If only hard work made us millionaires, he would be a billionaire.

Haven't been here in years but always a good place to eat. I haven't ever had a bad experience at any of the locations, and the meat is always flavorful. Walked into the place no one was in here, so I got my food quick. Paid about 10 bucks just for the 2 tacos and killed them quickly. The local franchise offers a variety of combos and individual tacos. The food was freshly grilled. They have their salsa bar right in the middle of dining area. The area wasn't dirt but didn't seem that clean either. With the salsa Verde, Rojo, or others; you can make your own special tacos. Each taco has plenty of meat and I was fulfilled with 2 full size tacos (not the street tacos).Overall, it gets a 3.4 out of 5.

I know the fajita is always consistent, but today I wanted something else. I ordered two picadillo tostadas for $11. This is not what $11 should get you. Do better. I also dislike how they advertised curbside but no one ever came out to attend you. Prices are high and one knows that going. But service and quantity of food given is always lacking. Also, the staff members who come out to give the food are always a bit too flirty to the point I get uncomfortable.

The food was all served cold. It was a waste of money. Could not enjoy anything. They must ensure that the food they serve is at least warm, not COLD. This is the first taco palenque to disappoint.

I called for order 2 days in advance. when I arrived, they tell me there was no order placed under my name when I'd spoken to 2 ppl to review my order. it took them 30 min to start on my order, then delivered to my car without any thought that i had waited a total of 45 min. the parillada for 4, was literally enough for 2 people. it was pricey for the quantity of food. zero chips and salsa. every other Mexican restaurant I've ordered, has always added without request. at this price you'd think they'd go a little above n beyond with the inconvenience placed upon me. will never order from any Taco Palenque, ever again. Customer service also needs improvement.
