Taco Fiesta Restaurant

We came here on 05.26.24 for breakfast with the family. They love it here, being long-time locals and supporters. I had the barbacoa breakfast plate, which comes with barbacoa, two eggs your way, beans, and tortillas. The barbacoa was so tender and delicious, while the beans and eggs were cooked perfectly, full of flavor. Our corn tortillas were also on point. We felt like we had gone back in time due to the prices and portion sizes. I believe my meal was $6.99, and it was one of the more expensive breakfast selections. All six of us ate well for around $50. The service was also excellent and the setting was just right. Kinda old school in there - and it was easy to see why it was full of locals.

Prices were as good as the food. Service was quick and friendly.Musicians came through and played music and sang.

Went there on March 30th, and after I ate, I got violently sick. I got food poisoning and may need to go to the doctor. It is now Monday and will have to miss work and go to the doctor. Avoid the Carne guisada plate

Seating Is Hard To Find An Opening.Waitress Took Long And Couldn't Take An Order Correctly.Food Was Completely Nasty I Wouldn't Recommend Anyone Coming And Wasting Money Here.When Trying To Pay, Cashier Was Extremely Rude! Waaaay To Much chaos .

Botana platter like no place else! Don't be fooled, the Botana for 2 easily feeds 3-4! When we are in McAllen, Tx for a visit, that's the place for excellent Tex-Mex and at good prices!

Pleased to have stopped here by accident. Spacious and although busy, food came out pretty quickly and the waitress was friendly. Had the Caldo de pollo (chicken soup) and it was perfectly yummy! I recommend it for anyone looking for some comfort food caldo like "ama" (mom) used to make.Also ordered a fajita taco on the side. It was also perfectly delicious with its grilled onions and green peppers.I wish they had more restaurants like Taco Fiestas in this in the world.

Hands down the best place I ate while in Texas!! We didn't go to the restaurant we called it in! So thanks to the beautiful yelpers I was able to look at the menu! My friend kept talking about the breakfast tacos and now I see why! Machacado and eggs for the win! The salsa is also very flavorful and tasty!!

Great home style breakfasts and meals. Wide variety, delicious and priced right! Has a lunch crowd, go early.
