Some Servers are new at this and need to work their way around the table and not extend across patrons and glasses/drinks.

Uou all have an employee by the name of Shawnna who is extremely friendly and helpful! I come down to Ingleside for my job and every time I visit this location she has a welcoming voice over the intercom. She confirms my order and gets it right every time. She smiles and always asks if i want condiments which is also a big plus. The food is perfectly prepared which I'm sure a lot of people say oh this is just Taco Bell but you would be surprised how many things could go wrong at a fast food visit whether it be customer service, food or wait time etc. 5 stars for the service. Thank you Shawnna.

Well let's just say they can't tell the difference between chicken and ground beef and don't know how to put hot sauce after you asked for it at the ordering station and at the window so I would only eat here if it was the only place open and then I might just go hungry

ASKED " can i have 4 meat only burritos please?" just meat. they all stopped and stared at me and said.... WHAT? IM SORRY WE DONT SERVE THAT HERE. TRY A TAQARIA. DOWN THE STREET THEY HAVE THOSE. im like wth? what kind of burritos do you have? we dont have burritos here. that must be some other place in town not here.
