Susann's Custom Jewelers

Maybe my first time in this jewelry store at Town & Country Plaza. Went in with two mid to lower end wrist watches. Working on them is a dying art, apparently. The jeweler here had great attitude, took joy in looking them over, and getting one going again (sentimental value) by cleaning and had to diagnose to nix the other. I offered to pay and he refused, only asking me to "come again." Great attitude, great mastery skills, and much class. I hope I can give them more business down the road.
