A model of inefficiency. Takes 2 1/2 hours to get in and out of this place. Seriously should move faster than this, or they need to just schedule less patients. If you like wasting your life at Dr appointments, this is the office for you!

My review will stand in sharp contrast to the others. Not sure if it is timing-related. Today was my third visit; a post surgery follow up. Extreme professionalism from all staff, front to back. Expedient processing with great care throughout during every visit. My surgeon, Steven Vela, is a super cool dude. Very straightforward, candid and professional.

This is a review of the front desk and the incompitant so called "office manager". Because the rep on the phone was no help in answering questions I asked to speak to that so called office manager. After getting on the phone she tried to conyol the situation and continuously interrupted me and did not let me explain the situation to her. After 5 min of her blaming me and the phone always hanging up on people the combrrsayoon was a waste of time. Her name I think starts with a J...then after everything did not apologize once even if she did not mean it, I went ever see them again but at least listen to the customer not blame them. She needs a class in Managment 101.Dr Reyes was and is awesome. Very professional and respectable.

Going in for a medical procedure isn't always fun. So when you deal with the nicest receptionists, nurses and doctors, it makes it oh so much more pleasant. Thank you all for the care that you give, and the quality team that you have built.

Was told they would do a standard surgery then less than a week before, they presented and said my insurance would only cover one part of the surgery. What a racket.

Went to return confidential medical paperwork and a receptionist was treating individuals as though they were bothering her for assistance. She was extremely rude and treated medically clients inappropriately. Beware of these receptionist and if you can find a more privately owned practice within the area I would search there. In no way is it ever appropriate for medical receptionist to be disrespectful and rude towards clients.
