Subway Sandwiches:2861 Hwy 36 N Bypass Suite suite 3Rockport, Texas So we arrived in Rockport Texas at 11:30 a.m. on Monday July 27, 2020, to check on our house after Hurricane Hannah! Decided to stop at Subway for a to go order. The young lady that met me at the door was very nice and stated they were experiencing flooding in a portion of the restaurant but she could fix me a sandwich to go. I ordered my favorite, an Italian BMT with the fixins. Right behind me was a lady who also ordered. I noticed she got her order first and that should have been a tip off for me. I got home and later on I went to eat my sandwich. It was Lettuce, Tomato and chicken. Hmm! Went back to the Subway and the young lady stated that she gave my order to her and her order to me. She immediately blamed the stress caused by the flooding. Hmm. Young people, it's alright to admit you messed up! Accept responsibility - Please! You are only human and all of us make mistakes. PS: My Sandwich was terrible. First bad sandwich I've had at Subway in a very long time. Oh, well! I was hungry so I ate what I could. My qualifications as an Expert and Experienced Food and Service Critic; I have a BS in Management and have been trained in two Culinary Schools, to include on the job training at other venues. I've managed full service as well as fast food restaurants and have had my own successful Catering business. As a Culinary Trainer, I have trained personnel on how to provide superb cuisine and expert customer service. At the age of 73, I am now retired and enjoy being on the other side of the Apron.

It is okay, but have to be careful regarding their tuna fish sandwiches. I have gotten sick twice. I don't think they make it everyday. I have not eaten there in a long time.

Wife and I stopped by for lunch. Had two sandwiches and chips with a drink. Food was great and those sidekick. Wow. You got to try that chocolate chip cookie. OMG it's great. The service was excellent and the place was very clean. Great service.

terrible service, everyone was just screaming at each other, i didn't know what was going on. i got scared, peed my pants a lil, then left!

The mask mandate was lifted in this county a few weeks ago yet Subway continues to demand that a face mask be worn and are flat out RUDE about it. We will not go back.

Hideous customer service. Portions on both sandwiches and salads now formulated according to manager. Won't be going back. Used to be pretty good now awful

Took our son and his friend after their games on 11.18. The older gentleman that helped us was very rude to my son's friend (13) who has trouble reading and was pushing him to say what kind of chicken he wanted while he was looking at the menu, this man was rolling his eyes, being ugly and was making him very nervous. It wasn't until I went over and read to him the kinds of chicken they had that he was able to order. Please teach your employees that you don't know what someone is going through and if you are not happy, customer service may not be for you, especially if they're children.

We ordered a box of 5 different subs, each cut into pieces, for a little gathering we were having. The subs were ready on time, cut as promised, and even arranged in the box and labeled with the type of sub so that each guest could choose specifically what they wanted. The counter lady was very pleasant and helpful to us both times we went in. Wouldn't hesitate to go back! Thanks for the great service and tasty sandwiches!

Every time I get food here they always mess up something like I asked for no vegetables but guess what they filled my sandwich with a mount of vegetables

Ordered 2qty footling no look chicken sandwiches and when we left we opened up the sandwiches and there was no Buffalo sauce. We went back and figured it might have been an error. The guy that made them told us that they don't carry Buffalo sauce as if we were supposed to be ok with that. This lady came out and stated that they don't have Buffalo sauce and our ticket didn't say Buffalo sauce. It clearly was printed on the ticket. I asked her if she knew that that sandwich is supposed to have Buffalo sauce (it's supposed to) and then she got rude and said she didn't know and that her store doesn't carry it and that's all she knows. I asked her to refund because at this point neither of the employees attempted to take ownership of this. I sat there in the restaurant while they were being made and no one said anything about any I gradient not being available. She was very rude and refunded the money gave us a copy and obnoxiously said have a wonderful day. What a horrible attitude all over sauce. She could have been mature but apparently not and lots of other reviews state she's sub par when it comes to her.
