We are at this location about a week ago. We were there a little before 9:00 on a weeknight. There was no one ahead of us, but it still took a while to make it through the process. The two girls that worked there were friendly, but just a little on the slow side. Our sandwiches were good, with the exception of them being out of guacamole. This store is older than the one by Walmart. It's definitely showing its age, which isn't really a big deal. The one thing that wasn't super awesome was overhearing one of the employees that she didn't need to worry about cleaning up early in the shift because they'll end up cleaning up before closing. Which would be cool and all except for the fact that there was a nice puddle of stickiness in front of the door. Plus, that's just lazy and not something customers should hear an employee say.

Definitely the lesser of the two subways in town. The sandwiches are put together poorly by a staff that obviously doesn't want to be making sandwiches. It is off putting. ... I was trying to think of something positive to add but can't really come up with anything. Also, if you are thinking of going through the drive through you will have to wait until you are at the window to order. It has been that way for at least a few months now. The girl at the window said something about her earpiece not having any batteries. That's a long time to not find a battery.

very slow workers. they run out of supplies at 7 pm and then take 45 minutes to wait if 5 people are ahead of you ordering 2 sandwhiches each. good luck

everytime,we go into the location in portland texas 1001 w hwy 181,they are out of everything,and when i place my orders online they call me back everytime stating they are out of something every single time!this store really needs new management to keep their items in stock!any manager would know that!it is rediculous..i mean one time we had already paid for our order we got the meat no cheese,only had 1 type of bread available only!no vegetables but jalapenos, and banana peppers!really?like my kids can eat that a piece of meat on some crappy bread we do not eat!and we had to pay full price for that crap,i could have made that kind of sandwich at home!this is really getting to be rediculous,and very frustrating!no telling how much they owe is with us paying in advance!we have always loved subway,but this place needs to get it together..very quick!i will be contacting the main office to this location!fed up!take our money but offer us some meat n bread?ya got to be kidding me?this is about 8 months now we have dealt with this crap!and it is wrong to do your customers like this!

waited over 45 mins for a online order with 5 subs. VERYYY slow I watched 6 people leave, 1 man go back bc the woman didnt double his meat. she was seriously moving so so slow. and the younger guy was filling chips all while this was happening. someone started telling that guy he needed to help and he just blew it off.

New ownership in the last year has greatly improved this Subway from what it used to be. The staff is trained better and the items are always fresh. No more stale bread or cookies. I used to drive by this one to go to the other Subway on the far side of town. Really happy to see the improvements.

Staff is very rude, SLOW, and don't know how to put a sandwich together properly. On one occasion a knife was left inside my sandwich, I guess she had used it to close the sandwich then left it inside. Luckily I look through my sandwiches when I get home to see who's belongs to who.
