Can a restaurant get negative stars? Worst service ever. Manager had a terrible attitude. First, the salads at Subway are not cheap but I enjoy the taste. The manager obviously had a problem with giving vegetables as she had an argument with the customer in front of me about adding a bit more vegetables to her order. My salad was poorly made. The amount that was in my salad did not even cover the bottom of the bowl. And the soup tastes like it has been sitting there for a while. It's broccoli cheese and it is brown in color. Absolutely disappointing. I can see why hardly anyone was at this place during lunch. Never again

I would have given 0 stars if possible. Just picked up a wrap and the manager has the worst possible attitude I've ever witnessed. I asked for extra pickles. She promptly told me should couldn't add more. I told her I've never had a problem with adding extra pickles and she proceeded to add literally 2 more pickles. Wow! I will never visit this subway again!

I agree with the other reviewers about the manager & her poor attitude, there was a extremely long line at lunch time & she wouldn't even help the one woman working causing ppl to walk out bc the wait. The tables Are always filthy when there is no one in the restaurant. I visit regularly bc i live around the corner but i will travel a lil further & go to the one on Weber from now on.

Got 2 sandwiches for dinner, the one was a chicken bacon ranch melt and the other was a meatball marinara. My husband took a bite of the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and said it tasted sour and bad. I took a bite from the meatball marinara and the meatballs tasted weird and oddly sour. We called up there and informed them they we got sick from eating the food and all they said was uh sorry i don't know what to tell you. Needless to say this place is disgusting and won't come back, nor do they care about anyone's health. Be wise and stay far away.

Every time I come here at noon there is one employee working. Of course there is a line to the door. Most people get 30 mins for lunch and that time is spent waiting for the one employee run the whole place. Management needs to figure this out. We come for fast food for lunch and get stuck in line for 20 minutes.

Serves bread that isn't cooked properly for discount and won't give refunds when it is returned.

One of my favorite locations in town - the service is fast and wonderful, and it's always clean. They have a pretty good variety of items on the menu to customize your own sub and a lot of different specials that change day to day. It's great if you need a quick, cheap, and light lunch.

Not my favorite location. One of the employees was rude, inattentive, sarcastic and did not change gloves in between orders, made my sub in a hurry and unnecessarily asked me to repeat my selections of veggies multiple times. And I was considering having a cookie but she never offered me one like at other locations. Needs better management perhaps to send employees to anger management classes.

An older male employee was very rude as soon as I walked in today for a meal. I asked for a half sandwich of wheat bread and he rolled his eyes as he grabbed it. I didn't realize my friend wanted to split the sandwich so I POLITELY asked if I can have the other half too (keep in mind it was right behind him). He let out a sigh and rolled his eyes again. I was so mad at this point because I get it, I work retail so I have my annoyed moments but I would never act like that toward a guest that's being kind. I tried to just brush it off like oh maybe he's having a bad day. He mumbled something and I thought he was asking what I wanted so I just said "turkey" he rolls his eyes again with his stupid mouth open looking like an idiot. I was super annoyed at this point because obviously he didn't want to help so I looked to my friend and said I just wanted to leave so my friend apologizes and we walk out because I was so close to saying something I didn't want to say. I won't be returning here after this uncomfortable interaction. Maybe you should've went to school to have a better job so you wouldn't be so unhappy working at a subway.

Zero stars!! Zero service!! Absolutely worst people ever! Where in the world does a manager Not know how to do a refund!!! Idiotic people who don't even know how to do their extremely simple job! Yea you really deserve a pay boost minimum wage is too much for you!!
